I went to the store to by some nice jewelry for my wife and also a new laptop computer for my son. I got some great deals at this place. They were reasonably priced. Salesman was very knowledgeable and courteous.

This is a very nice multi services business store. I had a problem with a virus on my laptop. They were able to clean it and set it back up like new. I would recommend them to anyone.

Customer amatime ama was left messages as to what his problem was with his computer and the resolution. He did not return call. He posted a negative review on google before speaking with Innovative PC Techs. His actions were very unfair as a customer. We also observed he put negative feedback for other businesses.

The have poor customer service relationship.. have them fix a computer almost 3 weeks they either dont return your call or they tell u, we get back to you
