I had an appointment, arrived early, was put in a corner and left there. 20 min after my appointment I had to ask for information. I was told they are busy and it would be 20+ more min before being helped. Took time off work to be here. Drove an hour to get here. They do not care one bit about the customer. Lack of professionalism Find another Apple Store if you want courteous service

My family and I went to purchase Apple Products here. The Apple team member Dave was super helpful, pleasant, and very informative! He was patient, and walked us through the specs and benefits of the products we were getting. One of the absolute best experiences that I’ve had here! Dave is great! Very pleased! 🙂

Friendly staff as usual but to purchase with Apple card, you need to order online ( while in the store) then schedule a pick up for this location. It would have been faster if Apple CC directly accepted at the register for monthly installments.

Crowded but the techs are very helpful and Definitely help service your issue fast. Wait time might be alittle longer than normal but theyre also the busiest store in the mall at all times. AND WAIT TIME IS NEVER THE EMPLOYEES FAULT! The employees are amazing and always very helpful and keep you informed

Visit the Apple store to return an ipad was not fun. There was no sign guiding customers where to go and so I have to wonder around the store aimlessly and hoping to find someone to help. All associates were busy. The only place that resembles customer desk was an Order Pickup table. A person was there ahead of me but I was unsure whether to stand behind him or stand near the table. About 5 minutes later, another guest show up to stand right next to the table and she was immediately greeted by an associate that just happened to finish with a client. WTH! Another 10 minutes later, I met an associate. It took 5 minutes for the associate to process the return on an unopened brand new in the box ipad. Wow! Customer service at the Apple store is worse than Walmart. Plus they don’t give you a receipt for the return. I waited nervously for an email from Apple after leaving the store and it did not show up until 3 minutes later. I would be SOL if no email shows up.

Worst experience ever. Your staff wendsday night was not only rude and disrespectful but deserve to fired. Ive never in my life been talked to in such a manner its been 2 days after the fact and im still bothered. I Will never go back to your location and im certain Im not the only one. There was one employee I didnt get his name but he was African American and there till closing. Loud, angry and selfless. Do yourselves a favor and get rid of him. Save yourselves the embarasment before you end up with a lawsuit. Hes going to end up costing you somehow hes is a huge liability and clearly cares less about your buisness . Seriously. People like that shouldnt be allowed in retail. Shouldnt go without being acknowledged. What a piece of garbage.

Weve been to they Apple store twice in about 2-3 weeks. For our Anniversary purchased new IPAD. Salesperson spent a lot of time trying to download all the apps she uses but had to leave before it finished. Was taking a very long time. Went back about 3 weeks ago to get her favorite games to update to the last levels she had played on the old IPAD. Took a while and still need to go back today to get them to complete. Happy with their efforts it just takes a whole.We tried to stop in last week w/o appt. And managed to pick the day they released the new Iphone...BIG MISTAKE.

Nicole manager was too rude with the customer, they are asking to leave the customers from the store if there is no appointment. One of the terrible experiences in the Apple store !!!! I saw many of them free not helping any customers but they were not at all willing to help. I would not even given a single star as well.

Really good service, but be prepared to wait if you visit during a peak time. Off peak, everything runs as smoothly as you would expect. Be really mindful of the touchy (literally) security guard. He enforced his idea of social distancing in the queue by actually touching peoples shoulders and moving them to the spots he thought they should be waiting in. As someone who doesnt like to be touched by strangers (during a pandemic, especially), this was annoying and troublesome.

I called ahead of time for instructions on the best way to go about making a purchase at this store. Even though most place are easing their disaster restrictions, some places still have precautions in place. I spoke directly with a sales rep and was told an appointment wasnt necessary and to come in, only to find that a) the sales rep lied and that you had to make an appointment that was over an hour and a half wait and b) when I got there the manager claimed that they didnt know who that person was.This was disappointing on many levels but the most disappointing was that, if you are an Apple customer, they pretty much have you by the ⚾⚾. This was evident by the store managers attitude that I can either wait or go home...

Went to buy headphones and the associate stated they had 10 in stock and she needed to find a sales rep she then ran to the back and never came back. Then asked another person while we had our card in hand ready to pay since it really shouldn’t be that hard then the sales rep said we have to make an appointment. The next appointment wasn’t for another 2 hours so you have to wait to buy an item?! Just went to Best Buy and bought them in store instantly honestly was a waste of time.

I bought my first MacBook here. They had only one most expensive 13 inch Mac Pro available. I was extremely disappointed with the attitude of the salesman. This is not milk or eggs which I can just say buy it and then buy in grocery. This is a 2000 bucks product. The salesman wouldn’t like to give more time to consider buy it or not. Just like even if I do not want get it others also will get it. I know that many people are willing to choose Apple products but their staffs should not show the negative attitude to any customers. The company is pretty arrogant today.

Came in today for a pickup and I was guided to the pick up table. I was told to wait in line by the table next to the actual pick up table and another employee brought a customer straight to the pickup table and he was served first. I told the lady with a cowboy hat that I was next and she said “no you weren’t, I’m not gonna argue with you” in a rude tone and attitude. This type of service is not acceptable and no customer should be spoken to in that manner.

Since Covid there’s been lots of changes to the apple store. Now almost for every transaction at the store you’d have a designated person to assist you. And it seems like you cannot even get in without an appointment. So if you thinking about going there for anything at all try to set up an appointment online so that way you’d have a smooth and easy experience. It’s almost feels like VIP of sort when you can cut to the front of the line because you have an appointment.

I can not praise Christiana Apple Store highly enough! Their techs especially Ursula are fantastic!! She and another female tech helped me prep my iPad to gift to my brother and then just today she helped my brother set up the same iPad. They provided this service over the phone! He called Christiana store because the Annapolis store where he lives is Closed.He can’t get out because he is disabled!! He told me today after he ordered food via InStacart that he no longer feels isolated! THANK YOU!

My husbands phone had a problem with sound. It is less then a year old. We went in three times after two phone sessions. This was an hour drive. Their genius was not helpful. If I could give them no stars I would. The second time we had an appointment they were backed up we waited for 45 minutes and after looking at the phone he said they were closing and we had to come back later because he didnt have enough time to run more endless tests. Finally after demanding help from the store manager they acknowledged it was a hardware problem and finally replaced parts of phone. They are terrible.

Before driving a long way to Delaware, I had called Apple and told a representative clearly that I wanted to purchase and pick up four products in store. Once I arrived, they said that there was no such thing as purchasing in store and that I didn’t have an in store pick up appointment. The representative I spoke to yesterday had apparently made an appointment at the genius bar to “repair my phone” which had absolutely nothing to do with what we had spoke about. None of the employees at the Apple store nor the two representatives I called after could do nothing close to helping out with my situation. Customer service totally sucks and miscommunication is their #1 priority.

Just visited apple store today. The team there are very co-operative. This is a big store so easy to maintain social distance. You have all Apple products available here to shop. Its usually very crowded especially during weekend.Thr reason being its the only Apple Store around. If you are planning to visit, do definetly make an appointment.

The place is full of lines. 6-7 windows for repair and pickup. You cant buy anything unless online. Security there to make sure your placed in right line. Overall an experience. Hopefully the next time I go itll be better.

I updated my IPod with the most recent update. It is a generation 6 and not so old. The support team has done nothing but said it is an issue with the most recent update and others have had similar issues where their Apple Music no longer works. They said I must wait for a new update to be made by the tech team. It’s been weeks and still no new update! Very very very POOR!

Amazing maintaining during the pandamic.I was there today to pick my phone via express pick up. The guy who took care of me was amazing he made sure he wiped the area, before I enter to the window. Even when I had touch his phone to enter my email id he made sure it was wiped before I touch. This is a highly professional and taking care of the customer.That’s why I love apple.

Came from Pennsylvania (1+ hour drive) because it was the only open appointment at a store anywhere near us. Husband dropped off his laptop because he had a long weekend and they told us at drop off it would be mailed back and delivered in 3 days. Come Monday and after spending an hour on hold with Apple, they were only able to confirm that the laptop was in Houston getting repaired. This laptop is our only access to a computer and my husband was promised it back, he needs it for work. We got in touch with the store and their only recommendation was to purchase a brand new laptop and return it when we got ours back. They have a loaner program but only through some corporate membership that we don’t have.It’s been 8 days at this time and we haven’t received it yet or any notification of repair or shipping. Also ordered a new charger to the store. They called, told us it was ready, so we drove down again to pick it up. Security would not let us get in line despite the store associate on the phone saying it was fine. The scene was chaos, security was seen yelling and cursing out customers. It’s literally impossible to get through to anyone on the phone. Any updates we obtained were after being on hold for at least an hour each time. Understand the challenges of the pandemic and increased volume of customers but for the money we pay Apple it would be nice to get some respect as a customer. This experience has truly made us consider switching to Google products based on the fact that every employee we talk to is giving us different answers, when we can even get through to one at all.

This store is big disappointment. I understand Corona etc, but on Sunday June 28th it took me 2.5 hours to get to the store. This was not because they needed to limit number of customers inside the store, but because of mismanagement of staff. Check my pick, there were only 3 sals associates working at 1PM on Sunday!.... A teacher friend of mine went there because her laptop had a problem and told them that she was a teacher and needed help because she needed it to do her job, which she is an essential worker, they just told.her they couldnt help her at the time. I dont understand how that wouldnt be something time help with. She is teaching our children in this tough time and to just be dismissed like that is horrible and not acceptable. You should be more helpful then that. How would you feel if it was your child that was hurt by this

Yesterday, I had a 11:45am appt! I was there early and asked if I could purchase the product I wanted. The lady that was answering questions said no. So, I just waited for my appt. When I finally was at my appt, the lady that I was speaking to kept telling me she couldnt hear me because of my mask, when I was telling her what I wanted. Finally, after she heard me and got my product for purchase. She asked, if I was a student or teacher. I said no but Im a Veteran. So, she just went ahead and processed my purchase. Today, I realized why she asked me the question of being a student or teacher. It was for discount. So, I went on apple website and saw that they gave 10% discounts for military and veterans. So, I text apple customer service to see if I could get the Veteran discount after I made purchase in store. They text back and said I had 14 days to return and get refunded for discount and I would have to call the store to make a appt for the return. So, I called and the store clerk and manager said I had to do the veterans discount online. I was upset because had the lady in store, when I made my purchase, explained that to me I wouldve tried to do it online yesterday before actually buying. But she either ignored the fact that I said I was a Veteran or she chose not to hear because of the not hearing because of mask excuse. I think this store exhibits poor customer service. Who chooses to ignore disclosing information pertaining to the military/veterans discount!? This whole experience was a big inconvenience and Im very dissatisfied. I also called apple to make a formal complaint and the lady on the phone was very supportive and helpful, which she was also a veteran. I think all Apple stores should exhibit helpful customer service but this store does not.

First time at this mall. It was conveniently located off of I-95 but getting around this area was a bit tough due to traffic and lanes that do not give you a descent opportunity to get into causing more backup and missed route to where you want to go. I came here for a bite to eat at the malls food court before shopping at Costco. The food court was large and offers food that appeals to most taste. There is a large parking lot but it seems this is the only game in town on the weekends. Parking could be challenging, mall was busy but not too crowded and the food court was very busy during lunch time.

Dom was a really big help. Now there is no way to pick up my stuff except to stand outside and wait until all appointments are done. I am requesting for an another appointment but they cannot provide me a new appointment as well. Worse customer service ever!Showed up 15 minutes before closing, 7 employees standing outside the store. One of them check if they had what I came in for and was told that they have it in stock, his co worker said I don’t know if we have someone that is willing to sell it to you.I guess discrimination exist at its finest at this location, perhaps I was not the right color!

Oh the weather was gorgeous, we shop till we drop, everything u need is here, also I walked the mall to get a little exercise, it was fun and the bargain we got, will be back, try and see for yourselves!!!
