This is a full service computer shop that is owned and operated by a very knowledgeable, friendly guy and he has a very intelligent and proficient technician that also is very friendly and honest. They have excellent service and even better pricing. They are extremely informative and will answer any question you could think of. I needed someone to fix an issue with a computer I had ordered from Amazon. They got me in and out in the same day for a very good price. In fact Im writing this on the computer they repaired for me. Had problem with our network cameras, they came out changed out a switch they said was bad and left. Cameras still not working, switch was smaller than original, which left several areas that were connected to the network no longer connected. Called Computer Warehouse owner, asked him to meet me at the location he said he would and never showed. Left numerous messages with no call back. Had to have another company come clean up Computer Warehouse mess, which cost me more because of the mess Computer Warehouse left.

The folks at Computer Warehouse have come to my recue several times. Their expertise has allowed them to solve problems that I thought were unresolvable. They get me in right away, and offer new and used products and their services at a very affordable rate. I wont go anywhere else.

The main guy is very rude. He makes u feel like you are a wast of his time. I will never be going back and recommend no one ever really should. I mean if u are going to be in customer service u might want to work on his people skills . Just a grumpy man.

Their costumer service isnt very good to say the least. After waiting for about twenty minutes you will be greeted with rude and very insulting like manners. And will be constantly interrupted with every word you try to get in. Plus their stock is all old, very dusty outdated products.
