Rod was quick for the macbook repairs and programming, more so was the price. From what we know of Apple we were thinking $4-500, came in under $200! Great to know an honesty profession is around!!! Thanks Rod! :)

Throughout the whole process they communicated every step of the way, so I knew what exactly I was paying for. I used them to set up workstations and a network for my accounting firm, and I would highly recommend them.

Ive been coming here for over 15 years and would not go anywhere else for mac service. Im not only grateful to not have to go to the Apple Store in Columbus but Ive had many problems with the Apple tech support on the phone and at the Apple store. Apparently customer service is not considered a future concept. I was referred to this place by a friend, but when I showed up the guy at the counter wouldnt even talk to me. I think I interrupted his nap!

Couldnt help with my phone, but they were polite about it.
