I dropped my phone at work. I then ran over the corner of it with my work truck. This was at night,the glass fractured. Believe it or not it still worked. I called around to a few repair stores, then read reviews on them. Glasgow Phonte Repair had excellent reviews, next day I got there a short time after they opened. Talked to the service representative and was told it was more than just the glass. I had to replace the electrical circuit with the new glass. The representative said he would look for any type of damage once the phone was opened up. If any existed he would not repair the phone. It would take two hours if it was repairable, left him a call back number and ran some errands. He called back in two hours, it was done, also replaced the battery it was three and a half years old .Gave me a deal on the whole job $300.00. Guaranteed for one year as long as I didnt run over it. Did a Great Job, super nice guy,would use them again in a minute!!

I took my mothers I phone 7+ there for a screen replacement since she dropped it and the screen broke. They replaced the screen and we bought and case and screen protector while there, $133.00 for everything. Quick to get me to sign work order that everything was good with the phone. I checked it out and it seemed ok. The phone then started to make calls on its own without touching it and going onto web sites on its own. My mothers takes it back the next day they then tell her the case of the phone is bent and that is probally what is causing the issue, but did a reset on the phone to supposedly fix it. She left not happy with the out come. My question is why wasnt I told about the bent phone case before the screen replacement and we bought the accessories. I would of never had them replace the screen if phone case was bent. I have replaced the phone with a new one. I would not take another thing to this business to be repaired. I would not reccomend this place to no one as well. A professional would of given me all the info up front and let me make an informed decision about the repair first before just slapping in a new screen and a quick signature on completion of repair and take her money.Reply to comment: The phone was not making any calls on its own or going to websites on it own after it was dropped prior to repair. It was only a issue after the screen replacement. The lack of infoming me of a bent case prior to replacing the screen so I could make a decision on whether or not I wanted to risk the chance of the phone not working properly after the screen replacement. 1/ 35 minute trip each way to glasgow to have phone fixed would of been ok. Hell could of even lived with a 2nd trip if it was repaired on the second trip. But my mother was informed of the bent case when she brought it back in instead of when I first went in with phone. I am so grateful you didnt charge her to tap on the screen about 4 or 5 times do the reset her network settings that had nothing to do with what the phone was doing. Seeing as the network setting pertain to wi-fi network, wi-fi assist, and VPN. So dont act like you did some huge service for her. And your right I didnt return your call cause after $133.00 and 2 / 35 minute each way trips and the phone was still doing the calls and web surfing on its own since screen replacement . It was cheaper for me to replace the phone now knowing it had a bent case and would of probally continued to give her problems even after you guys might of fixed it. Problem solved and hard earned money wasted trying to repair a phone that shouldnt of been repaired in the first place!

Reasonable prices for phone repair. I brought in an unusual make and model that was difficult to fix, they did a great job while sticking to the quoted estimate. Cordial people and a clean store - Id go again for other fixes if necessary.

Called to ask about price to replace screen and digitizer for my daughters xs max. Was quoted $199. Arrived at the store, was told it would take 20 minutes. 10 minutes later, I left the store with a perfectly repaired phone and a very happy daughter, at the price I was promised. Needed to get a new battery for a Samsung 8 cellphone. Tried at one of the big repair shops in Glassboro, NJ and was told they had to replace the screen as well as the battery because they were Samsung authorized and they could see some ghosting from the main screen after 3 years. I did not see it nor did I want to deal with them. I looked up another store, the Glasgow Phone Repair shop and called them. They were a little more expensive for the battery but they sounded good on the phone. They are about 30 miles from me. The technician was friendly, explained what he was doing, I watched through a window to the repair area and it was done in 20 minutes. Just a great experience and more than I ever expected. Highly recommend them and competent and no hard sell to run up the bill.

This place is very affordable and has very nice staff, they have alot of phone cases for all phones. Takes less then 30 minutes to fix. This is a place I would suggest to fix your phone.
