After getting a car wash my car was still so dirty. Only worth it when the people are working then the car wash can be okay. I feel like the machine skipped one side of the car..

The cashiers are nice, and the car wash crew does a decent job, but one of the car detailers is very rude. The short guy has an attitude and that’s a problem because the customer is always correct. The other day I paid $20 for a detail and they left the back bumper of my truck dirty. And the short guy left to go take a break before they even finished cleaning my truck. Honestly that guy needs to get fired because the other 2 guys do a great job, and he’s ruining their image. He’s basically dead weight.

I love this car wash because it’s not really that busy and they go real fast now if your car is real dirty I wouldn’t recommend it this is for people who keep the car clean and constantly get their car washed that’s what I like about it is that there quick I hate standing outside waiting for them to be done so it is very important for them to hurry up LOL! The guys are nice and respectful too always a plus!

People are good people here down to earth and thats all I could ask for.place is open when no one else is amd most of the time you dont have to stand outside at the window if you need something from the store..the doors r open usualy even on the early hrs of the day 0 to 0500

Even though there is a bit of a smell inside of the mechanical car wash and the workers don’t speak fluent English I was impressed with the deluxe package for $28 including vacuuming and a hand wax.I’ll definitely be back!

I’m not normally the type to make a review—the only times I do are when the service is astounding or abysmal. Unfortunately, this is the latter. I cannot stress how rude and disrespectful the clerk was. If it wasn’t for the elderly man before me, I would have brushed this review/experience away and ended it at that.I will definitely be sending my business to the Chevron next door. Rather, it was so abysmal that this experience has deterred me from ever giving my business to Shell ever again.

I was there for the first time, they didn’t give me a receipt for a car wash. Nobody instructed me anything and they were impolite. My car is still so dirty after the wash!!! The people in the back waited for a minute but kept honking and yelling at me. I’m never coming back, and I’m getting my transaction disputed. The worst experience.

Worst possible cashier and manager. Unhelpful. Tried the service and xpress car wash. All the dirt and stains were still there. No makeup for the disservice, rudeness and unhelpful.

The older guy with the beard and the Hispanic guy with the sunglasses have really bad attitudes. And this is not just once but consistently bad. Obviously they dont know where their paychecks really come from.
