Mike placed a ceramic coat and front end clear bra and other pieces including on my side view mirrors, behind the rear wheels, on the sides of the front windshield, and a strip on the back bumper on my brand new 2019 Dodge Charger ScatPack. First I would like to thank MARqp for bringing back that shine to my car! Service was great and didnt expect much since I was use to waxing/detailing my own car, they went an extra mile to ensure my exterior was completely shiny and clean. Raj is the man! Im the type of person to spend hours researching a topic online before making a decision. Mar Quality Protection kept getting mentioned in car forums and Reddit, so I decided to give them a try.Raj is a super chill guy, and he does not try to pressure you at all. Instead, he answers all of your questions with lots of details, and he tries to help you make the best decision for your car. He strikes me as the type of guy who really loves cars and really loves his job (rather than someone trying to make a quick buck).The work that they do here is phenomenal--they made my 6 year old BMW 4 series look brand new. I recently got paint correction and ceramic coating done at this location. Raj did an excellent job! He constantly shared pictures of the vehicle during the coating process. He was kind enough to install the center console wrap at a later date. Highly recommend this stop.

I LOVE the way black cars look. Im mostly inept when it comes to taking care of black cars the way they should be taken care of. In 2018, I bought a new, black accord. Fast forward 18 months of staying outside every day/night, and the car had developed rough paint, oxidation, dull finish, swirl marks, and awful hard water spots. I had a professional detail done on the car. Although they allegedly used a clay bar, polish, wax/buff, the end result was disappointing. The hard water seemed etched into the paint along with the still present swirl marks. I had heard about paint correction and decided to research. Although there are many places closer (I live in Pleasanton and MAR is in Newark), I decided to give MAR a shot for paint correction and a ceramic coating. My expectations were high. I wanted the car to look like black glass - simple as that. Not only did they accomplish a black glass outcome, Raj was refreshingly great to deal with, offered updates along the way, and educated me on how to keep the car in its newly restored condition. Superb communication, outstanding result, and worth every penny. thanks Raj!

They install paint protection film on my new carbon fiber hood and apply ceramic coating for my new custom forged wheels. The results are simply amazing! Ive been bringing my car to Micheal for years since he was a service advisor at Magnussen Lexus, first with a 2008 IS250 I bought at Putnam in Redwood City and then with my new (2015) ES300h I bought from Magnussen, specially so that I could retain him as a service advisor. He has never failed to dazzle me with his incredible level of personalized attention and dedication to the utmost of customer service. I was really disappointed to hear he had left Magnussen, but thrilled to learn that he had opened his own paint business when it came time to address some areas where my rather lengthy commute had taken its toll on my cars appearance.As usual, Michael provided the brilliant level of personalized customer service Ive come to expect and the quality of work his team at MAR performed was beyond my expectations. I have an extremely critical eye when it comes to my cars and they managed to address my concerns in very short order, coordinating seamlessly with the staff at Magnussen to dovetail with some regularly scheduled maintenance, and providing what seemed like up-to-the-minute updates on progress with before and after photos.Their attention to detail far surpassed the normal cliche of going above and beyond. This is truly a world-class staff offering world-class service at fabulous prices. I am extremely discerning and rarely go out of my way to make glowing recommendations, but I cannot recommend Michael and his team enough to anyone in need of some automotive pampering.

Raj is perhaps the most passionate, honest, and down-to-earth car person I have worked with. He doesnt try to hustle and is the type of person that would go the extra mile to do a good job, even if it meant a loss on his end. Raj was also very responsive to calls and text messages, also giving time in person to fully answer all of my questions about the car.I strongly recommend Raj for anybody looking to get paint restoration work done on their car! If I had used anyone else in this situation, I most likely would have been left disappointed and with a scratched car!---I have a black car which I bought new almost 5 years back. In that time, I did not take care of its exterior so well, using a bristle brush-based automatic machine car wash every couple of weeks, which had left scratches and swirls on my car, which would not come out even after details.A few months back, tree sap fell onto my car. Inexperienced as I was, I let it sit on the car for a while, thinking that the machine car wash could take it off. When it couldnt, I tried using a tree sap removal spray... still no luck. It was time to call in the experts.First, I went to my dealership. Two of the service people there strongly recommended Raj of MAR Quality Protection over even their own exterior detail service. They said he was a down to earth guy and would do a great job, whereas the dealerships service would leave my disappointed given the cars situation.After this, I went to a standard car detail shop in the area. They tried to sell me a $65 clay bar or a more expensive full detail.Finally, I called Raj and explained the situation. Just from speaking with him, I could feel his positive energy and passion for his work.After about a week of searching, I decided to get the service done with Raj. He was kind enough to offer me a reduced price in-between restoration which would be a clay bar and 1 year sealant just to get the tree sap off. I dropped off the car to Rajs shop.The next morning, Raj sent me some messages telling me that the sap was in deeper than expected, having cut into the paint. The clay bar would leave the car looking scratched (as the areas erroded by the sap would be exposed and the expected mini-marring from clay bar), although he would try his best to make it look good given the budget.Later that day, Raj told me that the car wasnt coming out to his liking and offered me a full RestorFX service free of charge! I gave Raj the okay and he beed my car until the next morning.Picking up the car, I found it looking like brand new or perhaps better!

Perfect Paint correction Job.

Raj and the guys at MARQP did a great job restoring my original 04 Corvette finish! Outdoor parking and water spotting had taken its toll on my clearcoat and no amount of polishing or waxing was giving me the showroom shine I wanted. MARQP spent 2 full days pampering my Vette, kept me informed with the progress, and went above and beyond by surprising me with a clean interior too. Very happy with the RestorFX treatment!
