To be completely honest I had no idea what to expect from this place as i am not from the area. I booked the location. Months in advanced for a bridal shower. The price is incredibly fare for such a beautiful and spacious location. Not.to mention having to follow covid protocols they made everything so easy. I will use this venue in the future and I absolutely recommend this venue to anyone looking for a unique vintage style location.

This place is so nice. Perfect for a smaller wedding reception or a business meeting/party. I can only imagine how nice a holiday party could look here.

Great rehearsal dinner location! We looked ALL over Newark and the surrounding area for a location that could accommodate our party of 40 for our wedding rehearsal dinner. We had our wedding at another historic venue close by and wanted to keep in step the historic, classic, and elegant feel we had planned for our wedding but didnt want to spend a fortune on the rehearsal dinner. A friend suggested Buckingham House and it was perfect! Beautiful well kept grounds and building. Let Me Do It Catering (the on-site caterer) took care of all the decorating for us and it was just as tasteful as the food! Tommy Sue was a delight to work with, very accommodating, fair, and attentive.The meal that was served was delicious and pleased all of our guests! We were able to bring and serve our own wine which saved us a bundle. Great option for formal yet affordable dinners with tasty food! Brides book here!
