After I reserved my storage space, I was contacted immediately in a warm and helpful manner. The associate made this process so easy and took the stress out of everything! Will recommend this place!

Customer Service has been great thus far. The manager explained everything thoroughly. Prices, Hours of Operation, and Insurance. Big Sign on sides of facility that you can see from the highway says First Month Free and fine print on same sign says Only on certain units. Remember there is nothing free in life.... Lol

I had a great experience with this company. Very clean facility. The employees that work there are very professional. They have wonderful customer service, if I had to put my things in storage again, Im definitely going to them. A big Thank You to Tanisha Shulers for taking care of my things and always making feel comfortable with my decision.

First I would like to say Rashawn was my first contact and he was smiling through the mask. He made me feel like my property would be safe there. He explained in detail what would be expected from me as a tenant and the company. He apologized for the operator who did not inform me of all charges and some how made me feel better about paying them. Overall I loved the attention I was givin by both him and Semy they were great.

Seny was very polite knowledgeable and fast great service. While Seny showed me around and answered my many questions, Rashawn actually completed my reservation by phone. He was sooooo polite and helpful. He has an unexplained energy that makes you feel welcome and easy about using storage. I am a first time storage user and I was very uneasy about using a storage facility. 2 days later I went back in to purchase an item and Rashawn still had that same energy. The facility is very clean on the inside and rhe outside. Thank you Seny and Rashawn for eliminating my worries with your professionalism and kindness.

All is well here, The help was incredible from the manager (cenny). Very attentive, knowledgeable and curtious.However the facility is located in a very small area, please be advised it can get crowded. I would recommend and use this facility again.

Not bad. The prices fluctuate. I rent a space one day and the next day my sister rented the same size space and she is paying half of what I am paying. They also have a rodent problem.

So once we came in Andrew the store manager was very helpful in showing us around the facility and also what unit we would be having. He Explain everything as far as the contract is concerned, Sometimes I wish more people at establishments were like this Overall It was great service!!!!!!!!!!

Clean. My daughter recently removed her belongings after a one month rental. No problems. I would definitely use their services again if necessary. Kevin and Jazmin flow well in customer service. They are great assets to the Elizabeth Avenue establishment in Newark, New Jersey. I highly recommend them.

I found the registration process to be quick and easy. The unit chosen was just right for my needs and very accessible.

After what was a horrible moving experience with a company that was supposed to do my move and store my furniture, this place was a breath of fresh air. At the last minute the storage company I was using decided they didnt want my business (because I had the audacity to ask the owner 2 questions and to him that was a red flag) and he told the truck to bring the stuff back to my apt. I had already moved out of my apt and had nowhere else to take my 1 Bedroom apt worth of furniture and boxes. I called Extra Spaces main line and the woman on the phone had me confirmed for a unit before I could even arrive on property. We got there 20 minutes before closing and it didnt seem like we would be able to get anything in. Enter Rashawn. Rashawn went out of his way to be helpful. He got me set up in the unit, stayed later than he should have to ensure my items got in and because the movers were such disasters, when they couldnt fit everything in because they did the small items first - he volunteered to store some items for me overnight in the back room if i could guarantee getting back there the next day. If not for Rashawn, i would have had to paid these movers 24 hours of OT to store my stuff overnight, or thrown half of my belongings out. A good man, working for a good company - I am so happy I have my life stored with ExtraSpace and not Father & Sons Moving (if youre in the Newark area DO NOT use them) - Rashawn was a ray of humanity and light in an otherwise dark day.

Out of this world!! I spoke to a yound lady by the name of jasmine and she made me feel like she was family and would be guarding my belongings with her life. Afterwards I came into the establishment about 1hr later and I met this amazing man by the name of Kevin and he sealed the deal with the unit. I never rented b4 so I had a thousand questions even though the 1st rep jasmine already answered them for me but he still was patient with me and answered them again.
