Throughout the time he works on your car, every time I think it’s about time for me to call for an update he messages me or calls me with details. James and Paulo are great gentlemen. First time I took my car there James offered to drop me at my house instead of letting me take Uber. That is so rare to find. My car got fixed on time and he even noticed another thing with my brakes and he fixed it for free. I was originally recommended from a friend and couldn’t be happier with the service. I used to bring my car to the dealership. Something sounded/felt off and these guys actually took the time to look everything over thoroughly. Turned out that my rear wheel bearing was damaged! She’s driving great now and I always feel safe.
