Definitely the best auto service Ive ever had. I called a few shops about a tune-up, Martin was the best price by far. They do a solid inspection and provide you with a printout of what needs to be done immediately and what can wait. They have a text messaging service and they sent links to explain repairs and provide exact pricing. I knew exactly what I was paying before receiving the invoice-no surprises! Thanks to Matt for taking care of my car.

Had a check engine light come on while I was traveling which is always a bummer, although I was 99% sure my gas cap was broken. I called late Saturday afternoon and they were able to get me in on Monday. Everyone was masked up and they were very professional about updates (it was indeed the gas cap and they needed to order one...I guess because my car is a 2006 or perhaps these dont often break?).Theyre located within walking distance of White Clay Creek State Park so I had a nice walk there while they were doing the service so if the gas cap was going to break Im actually kind of glad it did when I could go here for service!

There seems to be a lack of communication between the service providers. I bought my cx5 in August and since then trying to arrange for oil changes has been ridiculous.If you make an appointment they tell you, you dont need one. If you dont make one they tell you they cant help you. I ended up going to jiffy lubes at least there they understand customer service. This is the second Mazda Ive bought but Im thinking the Chevy dealer next door will be where I go for my next vehicle.
When I leased my car I was given two free oil change coupons. One was directly from Mazda and another was from Martin. They would not honor my second coupon because they claimed the coupons were the same despite the fact that the Mazda coupon said first oil change while the Martin coupon said nothing about only being for your first oil change. To make up for this they installed Android auto in my car for free (usually $300+ to install) this was nice however I feel like I should have gotten this anyway since my Martin salesperson used Android auto as a selling point and told me I would get it free as soon as the updates rolled out. Then when Im getting ready to leave this smug guy sitting at the front desk who wasnt even assisting me proceeds to tell me how buggy Android auto is and how its not their fault if it has issues. I cant complain because I got it for free but would you really tell someone something like that if they had just paid $300+ for a simple app to be installed in their car? Or why is it so expensive if its so buggy that the guy felt it necessary to warn me after it was installed?

I went in only for servicing due to a recall.It was a little confusing at first having never been there before... knowing where to leave my vehicle (all parking spaces were taken and the garage door was down) but the service guys were professional, helpful, and made me feel at ease. The reception area was not overcrowded, which made me feel like the schedule was not overbooked like I experience at other shops-- which I appreciated. I had a comfortable and relatively short wait.Martin Mazda went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.And even when I called back after leaving (long story short it was due to a misunderstanding on my part) they were very polite and did not make me feel like an idiot.I will definitely go back in the future for car servicing needs.
Worst service e department only took it there cuz I spent a fortune on a warranty. It needs a alignment but I was told its fine. Way to go mazda service
