I have had Naders insurance for over 12 years, NEVER have I had an issue until this past week obviously we are in the middle of a pandemic, I’m the only one working so I was late 3 days after the Grace period it couldn’t be helped l, I went into pay and the secretary was non sympathetic and told me I had to wait on a insurance agent, I said this had only happens once and I was okay, she said nope sorry you’ll have to get a new policy may be cheaper may not I can’t tell you!! I said ooook, well I tried my best I’m the only one working she said well they gave you 10 days..... WOW VERY RUDE!! I will NEVER go back in and continue to pay online through Trexis!!!
