Great customer service, I have gone through a couple totaled cars and they have been fast to push claims through everytime so I was able to get another car quickly.

By far the best customer service I’ve received from an insurance company. Very fast and efficient.

I cancelled my car insurance since I sold my car and moved to other state. The agent asked for a cancellation confirmation form and she replied yes according to the signed form. I firstly did not find any refund to me and then a unexpected charge to me for another month. The manager replied to me that I did not pay since XXX in a very rude manner and I was completely confused. They promised to refund me finally after I showed my information. I do not know if customer need to provide personal information like where they are relocating due to job requirement and whether they are going to buy a new car or not to cancel the insurance. State farm is not a small company but if they continue to have service like this, I would not bet a big growth of their business.
