This company uses third party spam callers to try and get you to switch your insurance. They will ignore your request to be put on the do not call list. Please do not support businesses that participate in these practices.

My problem had been taken care of right before I called in. A company that knows my needs before I ask. Lol!

By far the worst experience I have ever had with an insurance company Jonathan Gaudios agency anyway. I explained I was busy with my own customers and they called me no less than 40 times back to back harassing our business. I asked for a number to return the call and the lady refused to give me one. Proceeds to call from 4 or 5 different numbers for over an hour.

I would give ONE star. but the women in the front office are so helpful and have done so much for me, I have to give them a star on their own.However, I have been with Allstate (McCarthy group) for a few years. Its now Gaudio? I have never heard from or even know what Mr Gaudio looks like in person. He has never reached out to me. When I call the office needing information, there is no answer. When I totaled my car two years ago, I had to call the 800- number just to speak to someone from Allstate. I would pick a different Allstate agent if there was one. I like Allstate.. not all about Mr Gaudio. I guess if you want personalized service, go elsewhere. If you want a Premium Collector, yourre in the right place.

Great office staff are courteous and good at explaining details or addressing any questions about my insurance coverage and discounts. Jonathan is easy to talk to and helpful in choosing right life insurance for my needs and in understanding the difference in universal life policies.

Its just nice knowing Im always being taking care of. Thank you for that. Also the location is perfect, I would consider myself close to my agent 😊. Everytime I visit it always nice, also a call or email and they are truly fast at responding. I dont think I could of chosen a better insurance company, they make me feel very secure. Oh and the discounts are awesome! Bundle and save even more! Thanks again guys!

The agents here are super friendly and always get back to you quickly when you have questions. I switched over from State Farm and could not be happier with both auto and renters insurance.They also have life insurance policies and the more you have with them the more money you save.

Ive always hated having to file a claim,But the times that I have, its just because I had absolutely no choice. That being said, the Team at Allstate has always gone above and beyond, and Im sure that I wasnt a peach to deal with. Thanks for taking care of my family.
