I called & spoke with someone in depth 8/23 in the AM. We spoke about apartment availability, the process, and my strong interest. She supposedly was going to send me out the application via email right after our call. It is now 8/25, no application received. I have called the office countless times between then and now with no answer. A bit of a turnoff when you were very interested in a place. If they can’t answer for potential clients or even send a email then I can only imagine their communication with their tenants. I’ve decided to start looking elsewhere. IF and when they decide to follow up, I’d be more than happy to update my review.Update: I was able to get my issues resolved to my satisfaction. They were apologetic and got me everything I needed.
I’ll give you a 10 on your quick response I thank you for it. keep up the great work looking forward to hopefully doing business with you.
For it to be done all on -line and virtual it was an amazing and very professional experience.I really look forward to living there.
I am deeply disappointed in how this company lacks in their communication. I have made several attempts to reach a human being to ask questions, voice concerns or schedule a tour however Covid has been blamed for every ball being dropped. SMH and truly concerned!!
Everyone in the leasing office is amazing ! They helped me fill out my application with no hesitation, They gave me a tour even as a walk in, and was very helpful even with me coming unexpectedly ! Hope i get accepted, I would love to live there! Clean and Quiet!!
Chrishelle and the rest of the agents at the Vinings are very helpful and kind and also patient when helping me and my family get the apartment we want. From the moment we reached out to them they were very helpful and gave us detailed information on what we needed in order for us to get started and with their help and assistance we got accepted and are moving into our apartment in a few weeks, to them and all the staff at the Vinings we’d like to say thank you.
My husband and I had high hopes for this place. They seem professional, everyone has fancy titles. They do not handle issues in a timely manner whatsoever. We came to realize that there were a lot of children living above us, and they are allowed to do whatever they want at all times of day. It gets so bad that our lighting fixture was knocked out of the ceiling, narrowly missing my husband. We notified the office of the violent stomping & running and we were told basically there was nothing they could do unless it was after the noise ordinance (which, obviously as soon as it hits 10 pm it is after the ordinance. It only stops in short bursts) My husband replaces the light fixture just for it to come back down on us again. The office lady said she would replace the fixture because she found it hard to believe the level of stomping. (That was 3 months ago and they never came. Same for the window that is popped out of place) I’ve offered them access to our home cameras and offered them to come and observe many times. I was brushed off each time. My working service dog gets terrified, and violently shakes. It’s causing disruption with his work. We cannot hang anything on the walls. We use wax warmers, and every single one has gotten knocked down. Yet they refuse to come and observe this OR watch our cameras. We were supposed to have a meeting 2 weeks ago, even though our first complaint was early November. The meeting was cancelled and never rescheduled. We are pretty much resigned to having to find a new place to live at this point. We’ve asked for them to move us units, as the people above were there first and it only seemed fair. Offered to pay for the move. They said no, it wasn’t their policy to do so. They won’t offer us any other resolution and we don’t know what else we can do. It sucks because we like the location, and how much fire prevention there is. We can’t pay $1200 a month though with no resolution, and my husband can’t even sleep at night for work. He’s a truck driver. Will let you guys know if there are any updates.
They have been like family to me all the way to now. The property manager is the best in the whole wide world.
Made a service request and they came out within the week. Fixed all of our problems in a timely manor! Very friendly and helpful.
Been here 2 years and I appreciate my space bc I am a grateful person. I’ll start by saying Leasing is “work withable” just be on top of your stuff bc it’s your livelihood not theirs. I do believe I pay wayyyyy too much for what I have. I honestly feel like I’m just paying for space. Nothing is new or updated and falls apart daily and I mean Everything!!! Any season besides winter is terrible the kids are loud rude and everywhere!!! My building is okay but I’m right in front of the leasing office. But I’ve heard some stories about others experiences in the back and I’m happy where I’m at. I need 3 bedrooms but I’m scared to move from my building lol. It’s not the worst but far off from the best. Overall it’s ok my place we made cozy.
I have tried calling no answer. Received email and asked additional questions that were never responded to.
I’ve sent several emails and no one has got back to me yet about my holding fee. There was a $300 holding fee but since there was no apartment to hold I was told I would be issued a check sent to my current address. It’s been over a month and I have not received my money nor has anyone responded to emails.
I have No complaints. Ive been here going on 4 yrs and I must say the transformation has been a success thus far. Office staff Mrs Natalie, Leslie, Liz, are consistent and pleasant. They go the extra step to make this complex tenant friendly where you can be happy to call it home. Its good to have consistency in staff.
We only just moved in, but so far things have gone well. We were always communicated with promptly and their pricing is quite good for the area. The area for dogs to use the bathroom frequently runs out of bags, but we have been brining our own. The appliances could use some updating, but everything is functional and the grounds are well kept. We are quite happy with our new place thus far
I have lived here for 7+ years it has definitely went down hill. Nothing gets fixed and if it’s “fixed “ half the time it’s not done right. My air conditioning was broken for 2 months!!! There has been a leak and hole in my ceiling for over a month! No one does anything around here except give you the run around and poor excuses!!!
No one ever answers the phone, maintenance is lazy and never available. Still waiting for items to be fixed from putting a request in months ago.
I recently had an issue and reached out to Liz, the assistant manager to try and resolve the problem. Liz and the current management had nothing to do with creating the problem but they did everything possible to help me get it resolved. She really took the extra steps to help me and I greatly appreciate it. The staff at the Vinings are an awesome team!
This place isn’t even worth the one star rating. Where do i start. The fighting amongst the neighbors? The roach infestations? The flimsy appliances? The joke of the maintenance team? The crime? The drug dealing? The office staff Are liars and are clicky with each other . They don’t care what’s going on in the property so don’t waste your time. Natalie constantly takes residents to court. There’s no place for children to play. This place gets infested with so many frogs and bats in the summer time that it looks like a plague. You can’t even walk to your apartment without stepping on one. So many dogs that the place gets infested with fleas that won’t go away. Maintence team constantly changing. Walls are so thin you can hear your neighbor sneeze and flush their toilet. Residents are unfriendly and fight each other. They never replace anything just patch up Whatever broke over and over and over. They charge you for light bulbs when you move . Anything to deduct from returning your security deposit so don’t expect it back. The only half decent looking area is the leasing office side to trick you into thinking this property is clean when in reality is filthy. Do yourself a favor and explore the building in the back before signing. Property seriously regressed when the current management team came several years ago. If possible avoid this place at all cost.
I am so proud to call The Vinings at Christiana home!
The apartment itself is nice, but maintenance is horrible, and never comes when theyre supposed to. The crime here is increasing as well. There have been more police officers here then Ive ever seen in an apartment complex. One of my biggest pet peeves is that I literally can not walk outside without men yelling sexual comments at me. I would have never moved here had I known that this. I cant wait until my lease is up so that I can move.
Was just passing through
I lived there for almost 8 years, Im disabled, with 2 disabled children.I came into a finance issue, that was out of my control, the new Manager is a liar. Took me to court promise she would work with me with paying the back rent, than the following week she had us evicted. The Vinings was still getting the rent from section 8 on my be half...That was my first time ever being late, out of the 8 years I resided there. This women knew my circumstances. I loss my Section 8 Voucher, thanks to THE VININGS now we are homeless.....To any one planning on moving in THE VININGS you better hope you never ended up in a finance issue...Thanks New Manager....
