Im not going to lie its a tad cramped and when there is only one person there will be a wait and if you have OCD maybe this isnt the place for you. With that said, the absolute best service Ive ever been provided. The care, the honesty and the customer service used.... Absolutely, definitely worth the 5 stars!

Discovered this cozy, Pakistani owned and operated salon in my neighborhood a couple of years ago. The service was fine but found the owner rude on my first visit. Didnt like the attitude of the lady who did my eyebrows and waxing on my second visit recently. I do not plan to return.Responding to the owner- Firstly, whoever that worked on my eyebrows and upper lip last February (fit the description of the owner) was arrogant and rude for no apparent reason. Secondly, I didnt appreciate how the lady who worked on my eyebrows, upper lip and waxing recently tried to extract a gratuity. Unfortunately, she hadnt followed all my requests. I will continue to champion diversity and support neighborhood businesses. Just not ones that behave obnoxiously towards me and want to get away with it. All the best !

Great place for eyebrow threading- a good, no-frills, Desi salon which had me in and out in no time!

I had a quick experience here. Wax was less than 15 mins. It is a small place but with many services. Would return again.

My original threader of 15 years is no longer working in Manhattan and needed to find a new place. I made an appointment in July after they reopened. I loved how my eyebrows looked afterwards. I think I found a new regular place!

Now that my original threader no longer works in Manhattan, I had to find a replacement. This little place does a great job - I’ve never had any problems and I always leave the place very happy. I usually have Sonia do my brows most of the time, but on the off-chance that I had someone else, my brows turned out just as good. All the ladies are very nice and skilled at threading. This has quickly become my go-to spot for my brows.

I came in 40 minutes before closing and I was denied a service that should’ve taken 20 minutes TOPS. Lady was extremely rude and rushed me out.

Fast, professional and friendly. Nazma was nice to talk to and did a Brazilian and full leg wax in 30 minutes! Shes very experienced making it as minimally painful as possible. I also get my eyebrows threaded here and always leave looking great. Prices are unbelievably affordable.

Love this place. I keep going to this studio every 2 weeks for eyebrows and every month for sugaring Brazilian. Sugaring is best. Sonia does a really good job. I love their services. Finally I found this gem where the prices are so reasonable..I’m a regular here and I highly recommend this place for a Eyebrows, tint and sugaring wax.

I had a poor experience here in December, grew my brows in for almost three months, and tried to go again today. I have never had someone do such a HORRIBLE job on my brows before. After I told her I was trying to grow my brows in, she proceeded to take off half of my left eyebrow. It is now so thin and does not look anything like the right eyebrow. I am beyond upset and will never be returning to this establishment.

I have been coming here since this place started and I always had Sonia working on me. I always had my Brazilian done with her and she is the best of all. I would recommend this place for all the services as I have tried their threading and henna also. But please make sure to make an appointment for henna as the lady takes by appointments only.

Sara and Nazma are both very professional and experienced with threading. If you’re looking for someone who won’t make your eyebrows too thin, go here and mention that to either of them! You won’t be disappointed. The studio is also very clean and hygienic. Huge plus!

Sarah worked on me, she was cool, and the results of my brazilian wax turned out to be very clean, meaning no missed spots. But her pulling technique was pretty reckless and she used no more than 3 pieces of waxing paper for the whole procedure, which is unsanitary. When I told her the wax was too hot she insisted it was body temperature and to trust her. The wax was just very hot to the initial touch, wasnt the hottest Ive dealt with overall but she should probably consider what her customers say because some people can be more sensitive than others or it could actually be too hot. Overall not the worst experience ever, but needs much improvement.

Normally don’t have an issue when the owner does my eyebrows but today she wasn’t there. So I Had my eyebrows threaded and again, they came out different lengths, different shapes, and different sizes. Then the lady tells me that my right brow is thinner than my left so she left The left brow intentionally thicker- which doesn’t even make sense to me how this is logical. Also I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded every two weeks for the past five years. I think I would know if my right eyebrow was thinner. But it’s funny I never had this issue until tonight!In addition, I have two cuts on my upper eyelids from the threading and they were bleeding today when I washed my face. Which is another issue I’ve already mentioned to them in the past.I need to get in touch with the owner of the salon so I know exactly when she will be working or I am going to have to look for a new salon.

I love this studio. Near to my home place. Studio girl sonia is expert for my eyebrows. She does a phenomenal job for eyebrows and Brazilian wax. She is quick and painless i should say. She is really good at her work. I am really happy i found the place. I will stick to her for longtime.

Been going since it opened and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Sara is gentle and effective. Salon is conveniently located, clean and friendly. I truly enjoy going and would highly recommend to anyone.

Service quality is very depending on who will do the job. I came usually on the week end and the lady does well the job. Only bad point, the place is not very clean and the ladies are always eating and you can smell their fingers when they are doing the threading. I came during the week days and the lady basically did a hole on my eyebrows! Did not even apology and did not asked if i was happy the service! So be careful when you go there it really depends which lady will attend you

Very unprofessional. I visited this place today for waxing. Worst waxing Ive ever seen. Most of the spots left undone. Waxing was done so recklessly that it was extremely painful.I didnt want to give them even one star but Ive no choice. Please dont go there, its too pricy for a horrible job. Its a total rip off.
