It’s hard to find places that can do male eyebrows properly. The spot is great, Puja did a phenomenal job keeping their natural form while cleaning them up. The threading was painless and quick but not rushed. Thank you

Definitely recommend Shami (I could be butchering her name) however she did a great job on threading my eyebrows. It was a last minute emergency and she was able to kindly accommodate us!

I’ve been coming here for months ever since the store opened back up after quarantine. Puja takes care of everything for me - my eyebrows, upper lips, under arms, Brazilian, and other waxing. She’s so sweet and kind and definitely knows what she’s doing. I live in the Bronx but I come all the way down here because I trust her to finesse my eyebrows and keep me looking cute every two weeks. Definitely recommend this place, especially for people who’ve never done their eyebrows or anything before. She’ll make you feel really comfortable and will really take care of you.

Chuanda did my waxing. It didnt take long and she was so nice. I will definitely go back when Im in the area again. I just wish she would have plucked or threaded the lingering hairs on my legs

Dont bother with the pedicure. Tools not clean, technique awful. Sink not lined, water cool, not a single TOWEL in the place, they used PAPER TOWELS to wash my feet! Shouldnt have to be an acrobat to get my toes polished.

Priced no more than others in the area. I came here in a condition where its usually pretty difficult to thread. Nevertheless, they managed to thread my eyebrows and neck well- and quite painlessly! The lady was very friendly and skilled. Id go here again!

Got my upper lip waxed there the other day, and now have a pretty sizable burn. She was clearly not paying attention. Its unacceptable, and Im really unhappy about it. Ive included a photo with this review so that you can see for yourselves.

I found this place on google reviews and decide to give it a try... I havent done by brows in almost 2 months because I was afraid of someone messing them up. I didnt feel that when I came here and the job that was done assured me that I made the right decision. I am very happy and I will return!

I just left this place. She was pretty rude. I asked to use the restroom which I had a feeling they would say no (race related) she lied and said it isnt working. Will never go here again.

My first (and last visit) to this salon was not good, the aesthetician had poor technique and caused burns and cuts on my face during waxing. Do not recommend!

Visiting New York and needed some last minute waxing (legs & bikini). Quite a basic, no frills salon but were quick, thorough and reasonably priced. Perfectly suited what I needed.

Asma did my eyebrows and it was perfect. Not too thin not too thick. Little known fact is that they do oil hair massages- which invigorates hair growth and reduces dandruff/ scalp issues- for 20 $ its a must have!!

This was my second time getting my eyebrows done here. The first time I was not pleased with the results, I dont want to generalize everyone who works there, but both times their technique was not correct. They removed only the top of the hair while you could still see the rest of the strand below the surface. I came a second time becase i work 1 block away but one of my fellow coworkers mentioned her eyebrows grow back faster when she visits this salon and THIS IS WHY. During my second visit a different girl left my eyebrows uneven (she tried to fix them once i asked but Ehhh still not perfect), she did not give me time to describe what I want and their table was broken and i didnt have anywhere to put my bag so i had to put it on the floor. After my second visit today i noticed they failed to remove the full strands of hair again.I will NEVER come here again.

It was fast and convenient and relatively painless(and I have experienced threading before).

Ive been a loyal customer here for years. first time i brought in a reward card with 6 stamps, 7th stamp is a free eyebrow and they did not want to honor their own system. Had to argue for about 15 mins with the manager on the phone and the lady there about why my 7th service is free. They were very rude and they lost a customer. Dont give out reward cards if you dont want to honor that.
