Ive been coming here for over a year now and I love it! The employees are so friendly and they work very fast and effectively. I got a Brazilian wax by Lana and she was amazing!! She was so sweet. It was my first Brazilian since quarantine and she made my first experience back great! 10/10 would highly recommend them.

Lana is soooo great for Brazilian waxes. I have been to a few spots in NY and this has been by far the best. They beat out any large chain by a long shot. I would recommend this place to anyone, especially if its your first time. Lana made me feel very comfortable, which I loved. Shes definitely a people person and so sweet. Reasonably priced. I will return

After 3 times here, I can definitely say I love this place. Lana is by far my favorite waxer. Im sure everyone here is great because the vibe here is awesome and they are all so super sweet! Since coming here I have not had any issues with ingrowns, my skin is silky smooth. Would definitely recommend them for all waxing needs.

Well I loved my services! The young lady at the front desk was very friendly on the phone. Shes the reason I booked. The place is amazing. I had a waxing appointment with this polish lady named Yolanta, she was very nice. She did such a great job.

Most every time when I cant make an appointment for some reason and have to try another place - I say no way!!!Super professional! The staff is always very informative and helps provide guidance on after care. I find them much better than other competitors I have tried in the past.

They have threading in their website and took an appointment for it but don’t do threading at this location..

This place is clean as can be and the staff is extremely friendly. They made waxing an enjoyable experience. I did have to fill out some COVID forms but it is during a pandemic. Id rather go to a place with precautions, then a place that lets anyone in without checking on COVID. I 100% recommend this place for waxing treatments. I am already seeing results & I cant wait for the final results.

It was such a last minute choice given that we didnt plan ahead and didnt make reservations for a massage. We were about to give up and go home when we found this gem on yelp! My friend and I had a complete girls day out and we go out a facial and Thai massage. It was all $100 and they were so accommodating and the massage felt spectacular! We will definitely be coming back to this place! They have ample parking, they only take cash but they have an ATM inside and the ladies we had were really nice!

AMAZING experience. It was my first time getting any kind of waxing and Lana was great about talking me through everything. She was so patient, kind, informative, and the result was wonderful. My experience Was extremely satisfying. The wax technician was very professional and made me very comfortable. Everything was great until I went to check out today around 4 PM. I had no cash only my debit card and I immediately asked the receptionist if I can tip the wax technician on my debit card. This woman told me they do not except card AT ALL and I let her know I have no cash whatsoever. She was very nasty and rude and didn’t want to let me use my debit card. I feel like it was because I am a black woman. She then continued to ask me for my ID and said ‘oh the name does match’ as if she were surprised. I was then told they don’t take cards only cash but she will make an exception since I have no cash. I work at the Lash loft which is a professional high end salon in lower east side. At the Lash loft they accept cards and allow you to tip on the card. The wax technician was amazing but because of this experience I will never ever spend my money here again. The receptionist made me extremely uncomfortable and ruined my whole experience.

I have been struggling with extensive hair growth on my chest and back for years. I would always just try to shave them with a razor, but sometimes there was just too much and I could not reach. One friend suggested to me to try waxing it all off. I finally decided to do so and I chose Dyanna Spa since it was the closest waxing center to me and I read some great reviews about them. The work was done fantastically well with almost no pain and all the hair was gone! My skin feels so soft and smooth . Anyway, for me Dyanna Spa is the best midtown Manhattan waxing center. I am very satisfied with the service and I’ll surely come back.

Dyanna Spa & Waxing Center is by far amazing. Lots of colors to choose, cute comfy chairs to sit in that make you feel real relaxed, water and tea services, and most importantly great customer service!

I went into get just my legs and buttocks done but she did such a good job at that I decided to just get a full body wax. Not a single hair left on my body besides on my head and almost no pain.Reasonably priced. Extremely professional. very talented and experienced staff. highly recommended!!

I found Dyanna Spa online through Google search. I went there to see if I could have an appointment for waxing and massage during the week. There was a vacant appointment in 20 mins and what can be done now, do now! Waxing was a quick and painless process! The massage was amazing, I really liked the clay masks and the brilliance application was perfect. Lana is good at what she does. I will definitely come back again and recommend this hidden treasure spa place to friends and family.

Dyanna’s waxing is an amazing facility. The staff were very warm & welcoming I was a first time waxer and they treated me so nicely and made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend going back there and the wax last very long. My Favorite new place now.

Probably my worst waxing experience! Not only was the associate late, but when she finally arrived I still had to wait an additional 15 min before she even started. Then since she was late she was so rushed that she did a really bad job. It wasnt the cleanest place either and Im pretty sure she double dipped on multiple occasions, once for sure.All other things aside, what upset me most was the lack of professional business sense. I asked for hard wax on my bikini, but the associate preferred strip. So she used the hard wax once and went back to strip. Then they charged me for hard wax. Ha and had the audacity to ask me for a tip. Yea right! I wont be back!!!

A great place to go for the works in Manhattan/ Midtown. One weekend I went in to the nail salon for a manicure and pedicure. Cuticles pushed back and trimmed to perfection. Because I enjoyed the service so much I went back to their waxing center during the week for a Brazilian wax. I was hesitant to get it done but I felt so comfortable there and needed it badly. Turned out wonderfully. Highly recommend.

The experience that I had here was amazing the staff here is really friendly and polite. They are really professional and clean. There price is responsible compared to some places that would charge you more. I was very pleased with the job that was done I would definitely recommend this place to any one on a budget.

Went here for manicure and pedicure..the lady was too hard ..when i actually communicated that she is too hard while trimming cuticles she replied back”you are too sensitive”..excuse me. Secondly, i am new to US and heard a new kind of french ombre manicure, i asked her what is the difference between french and regular manicure..she replied as a racist..how long you have been living in US? ..i felt very insulted that time..the time ahe came to know i am an Indian, her behavior towards me changed drastically in a bad way..i read really good review here for manicure and pedicure..but had an awful experience..my nails looked bad after 2days..the male at the reception was too rude..will never go back or will never recommend..plus they ask themselves for the tip amount..

I just moved to NYC from Atlanta and wanted to find a good but affordable place for waxes. Ive been waxing for the past 3 years⎯ in various locations and salons all over the country, so I know good places and bad ones. With that said, I absolutely loved my experience at Dyannas Spa! I searched online and saw there was a first time customer deal for a Brazilian wax for $25. I looked online and the reviews were mixed but I decided to check it out for myself. I set up an appointment for a Brazilian and underarm wax. I got to the location about 15 minutes early for my appointment, but thankfully they were available right away. I was waxed by with Yaffa and she is AMAZING. The process was the quickest and most efficient in all my years of waxing. She spoke to me the whole time, so I didnt feel uncomfortable and I was finished 20 minutes later. She also gave me an amazing manicure, I didnt know manis/pedis were available as well as waxing until I was at the location. And the first time customer deal is a good way to test this salon on, they kept their word and honored me the with the deal, I highly recommend this place and Im so glad I found it.Ill be back next month and every month afterwards!

This is my place to go for all my waxing needs. They have reasonable prices and staff is very friendly and professional. The service I received from a salon that Ive been to about a month ago is nothing compared to this one. Reception is sweet and the environment is very welcoming.

I have been going to Dyanna Spa and Wax forever. Yaffa is the BEST. She is quick and thorough and makes me feel very comfortable . I recommend the Spa to everyone and I especially recommend Yaffa.

Dyanna’s in midtown is great. I have been coming here for years for wax, mani and pedi. And most of my friends have started coming here too. They do a great quick wax. And are better than most of the restaurants in the area for mani pedi. Highly recommend.

Paid $18 dollars for a regular manicure service. Nail polish started to get failed two days after. Cuticles not very well removed. Fair service, although not even close to the best manicure service in the city.

Its ok place but not personalized at all. They get you in and out as fast as they can. There is no attention to detail. Will not recommend.

I went to Dyanna Nail Salon & Waxing Center - Midtown for my first facial. Actually it was like heaven.I have a lot of irritation after any waxy treatment but New York Best Waxing Salon did a good job. I have found the best waxing and spa salon in this area.

Everything was fine, but i was there because of a promotion and they did me pay the tips of the original price instead of the promotion price. So, I finally paid more for tips than the service.

Been here for a couple of times. They are very experienced and the entire place and environment is just awesome including their overall service.
