Does anyone have a way to get in contact with the owner. I purchased a Groupon for a sugaring service and booked my appointment online. When I got to the location I waited outside for 15 minutes as no one answered the door. I then got a text that my card had been charged for a service I did not receive. When I buzzed someone else in the building they stated the woman who owned the building had moved to queens and hasn’t been here for 4 months.in addition the phone number to the company doesn’t work. Any help would be appreciated

The lady who did my eyebrows was really good and nice. Its a little overwhelming when paying or even coming in because people are on top of you on what to do or how to pay... I would say they can be more open for space when someone enters and pay for comfortability

I have bee going to amazing brows for about 1 year: and they leve up to their name. The are amazing, very polite, knowledgeable, and they make a full legs with Brazilian wax a good and no so unco experience. Highly recommend this place 😊

Amazing brows... really not. I went on a Sunday morning. There was only one person working there and she was on the phone. She was rather annoyed but I asked if she would take a walk in for I did not have an appointment.She took 2 strokes and then declared that she was done with my brows. I had to ask twice and she confirmed. I tipped her but asked that she could actually clean up the upper part of my brows and she said that she did.This is my 1st time here an it was very disappointing. I have been to another place for years but I moved so I tried this place out. What a mistake.

Went today. Really botched my daughter’s brows. Asked for a wax and she waxed then did some threading. Brows were not even and one side had way too much removed. My daughter left crying.

I absolutely love their services. Usually eyebrow threading places take a little too much hair off my eyebrows for my liking but they are perfect whenever I go here. The staff is very friendly and kind.

Pia came highly recommended and she lived up to the recommendation. Just had brow and lip threading with her. She did not make it too thin and maintained my shape. Very good will become my new place

VANI IS AMAZING!!! I was in town from Connecticut for one day and found this place from the great reviews. I came out in with two VERY different brow shapes and locations and Vani was patient enough to make sure they matched and as me for my wishes the entire time. I was sad I couldn’t come back for a facial but next time I’m in town I’ll definitely come back!!! Best eyebrows experience I’ve ever gotten.

I love going there not only they are so friendly,clean and neat but also they listen to you. I do like thick brows and I leave satisfied every time I go. They are very good.

They might be great with eyebrows and waxing havnt gotten those treatments, but from my henna tattoo experience those 25 dollars I paid were like throwing them in the trash ! The henna was horrible it was gone after one day, just horrible not a place to get a henna tatto !
