If youre into someone stealing your car in the cover of night without leaving a note, then trekking to the far west side of midtown Manhattan, then THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. I did give 2 stars because the staff is fairly friendly all things considered. Expect to pay a minimum of $185 for the tow, $20 a day for storage, and to dedicate an hour or two to the long lines and upset people attempting to recover their property with a ~50% success rate.Update: expect a wait of 3-4 hours if you want to retrieve your car.

Nobody likes getting their car towed but the workers were really nice. They made getting my car back less stressful.

There was some disorganization, but the people were friendly and as efficient as a beaurocracy can allow, I suppose. I was in and out in 45 minutes, maybe covid helped, who knows. But get a hard copy of your insurance if you can, if not, an e-mailable copy on your phone. This will shorten your wait considerably.

They boot your car they dnt give you time to take it off. Just to say that they tow already. 400 cash stolen from ny.
