Today I booked a group tour with high quality tours. It was a very fun and relaxing day. We were shown many different famous places and important landmarks in the city in just a few hours. We rode a luxurious tour bus, walked around the city with our guide, and then took a boat to see the NYC skyline and Statue of Liberty. The sights were spectacular and I highly recommend this for anyone with a family, kids, or a partner to go with!

This tour could only have been better if we hadn’t had rain. Our guide kept us laughing in spite of the rain and sheltered us as much as possible by being flexible with parking and scheduling. Besides being a wealth of information, Tour Guide J was kind and very concerned that we enjoy our tour. Because of the weather, we had a small group which made it more personal and relaxed. And our driver was always just where he needed to be at the right time. I HIGHLY recommend this tour.

I recently was apart of a tour on July 15 and I have to say out of all my years living in New York, this tour really showed me all of the main city spots and attractions that we have that I havent really seen or experienced and a few secret city spots that I havent seen or heard of. The tour guide was amazing! She really helped me learn new things about this city that Ive never knew. The best part for of the trip in my opinion was the 9/11 Observatory and the Boat Ride. I highly recommend booking High Quality Tours if you need a tour around New York City.

The NYC 360 tour provided by High Quality Tours lives up to its name. The tour was very “high quality”. Excellent and comfortable transportation. Tour guides are very knowledgeable and make the experience excellent by being energetic and providing insight about the wonders of New York. 10/10 would recommend.

This was one of the best tours by bus I have ever had. The NYC tour guide was very informative, showing us little places of infamous history, not just the usual tourist spots. He was apparently very experienced in his job. The bus was super comfortable and clean. Everyone seemed to have a great time. I know for sure that I did. It was a great value for the money too.

We booked one of the private luxury tours of New York City from High Quality Tours. It had to be one of the best NYC tours available. It was done on both a luxury bus and also a yacht. There is nothing like seeing NYC from the water. Bridges and other sites can be appreciated so much more from the water. We had a very nice relaxing time and our guides were awesome. We will be sure to recommend this Manhattan sightseeing tour.

I would recommend this company. We went on the Christmas light tour. While the weather and traffic were not in our favor, our guide Jay was fantastic. The van was definitely luxury transportation. We got to see Dyker Heights which was a crazy display! Fun fun fun. We sang Christmas carols on the van. Put everyone in the Christmas spirit!

Tour guide J was awesome! We had a nice small group he used an umbrella to mark himself to keep the group together and he was very knowledgeable about NYC. He took pictures for us and kept us entertained!! The bus was very very nice! Provided water which was outstanding really being how much water is in nyc!! We are at a great place and the yacht was nice. J went out of his way to drop us off near our final destination. Great experience!! Definitely recommend it!!

Such a pleasant experience! I had relatives visiting from France who have never been in new york so I decided to do the private tour with them and omg it was so amazing my relatives couldn’t stop thanking me ! This tour company made me look like a star lol! I recommend this even for people who live here because I discovered so many hidden gems and places that I never even knew about!

Hi- We did the city and harbour cruise recently .Although it was UN week and D.Trump was in town ( making the roads an absolute Grid lock ) our tour guide Rachel and the driver navigated the tour brilliantly. We saw most of the NYork highlights and Rachel was full of interesting facts. The harbour cruise and the tour guide was also great ! We had a day full of fun and saw loads - Thank you

Let me start by saying that my tour guide never introduced himself to our group. The man had an accent which made him a little difficult to understand, but it wasnt so bad when he spoke to you one on one. However, on the bus he spoke with the microphone about a centimeter from his mouth and we could not make out more than 10% of what he said. The vibrations from the feedback of the mic was really, really annoying. He also had ZERO personality. I mean these was no inflection in his speech, no humor......just a flat tone of voice making noises that couldnt be understood. To make matter worse, I am traveling with a 2 and 4 year old and we were seated in the back of the bus. EVERY SINGLE TIME we got off the bus, our tour guide would be somewhere on a different block because he would never wait for everyone to get off the bus! My husband and I were constantly running with little kids so we would not get separated from the group. Our tour guide then lost 2 of the people on our tour because he told us all to meet back up after lunch, then we would walk to the yacht. After lunch he changed his mind, did not wait for everyone to return to the meeting location and had us board the bus with 2 people missing who did not know that plans had changed. Sound bad so far? Yeah, it gets worse though.....now after wasting 15+ minute trying to chase the lost couple around NY (someone on the tour actually had to tell him 2 people were missing, he never noticed himself) we head to the yacht where we are so late that they cut off boarding with HALF OF THE TOUR GROUP NOT ON BOARD. What does he do? He makes phone calls to figure out his problem. He never actually speaks to the people in charge of the boat...which would be the obvious first option to me. After 5-10 minutes of utter confusion, the boat operators allow us all to board, but because we are literally the last people on WE HAVE NO WHERE TO SIT. Yep, we got to take an hour+ boat ride standing in the sun with two little kids. I cant even begin to describe how much that sucked, but at least the tour guide on the boat had a sense of humor and we could understand him. Now to the credit of the tour company, they did offer to allow us to take another tour after we called to explain our experience (did I mention that 5 people on our tour walked off midway because of how crappy it was?), but there was NO WAY we were going to spend another 6 hours of our lives to drive around and look at the exact same sights (albeit we would probably be able to understand what we were seeing at least) when we only had one more day in the city. Does this company not screen their new employees? This man clearly has no personality or skills to do this job. Oh, the tour bus itself was great and our driver Mel (he actually introduced himself so I know his name, crazy huh?) was phenomenal!!

Tour guide J was brilliant. Even though we were tired from a long flight, he kept us entertained with everything about New York. From fake bags in Chinatown to 100milllion dollar penthouses. One of the best tours Ive been on and great value too.

We have taken many tours by bus in different cities in the US but this Manhattan sightseeing tour was the best. We learned so much about this great city that even those who live here may not know. It was our knowledgeable guide who really made the tour special. The only problem is that we never had a chance to thank him. Hopefully I just did.

I had my experience tour in early march for a day - my friend Mary G told me about these guys . I was keen on a tour of Manhattan that would do pick ups from Newark, i was first time here in New York and was travelling by myself. yah this was by great decision ! i enjoyed much in this tour - visited many things, and heard loads of stories about New York. Was very informative - the guide called, Robert, was very informative and had a great sense of humor as well. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to get their bearings at the beginning of a stay in this amazing city, or if you only have a very short stay as I did and want to get maximum highlights ! High Quality Tours does private tours of New York City that are an excellent way to see the sights on land and from the water. We had the tour last week and everyone thoroughly enjoyed. It. Our guide was very knowledgeable and interesting. I would recommend this as one of the best NYC sightseeing tours out there.

For the best sightseeing in New York take a bus tour from High Quality Tours. We not only took the New York tour but we also did the Taste of Ukraine which took us to a part of Brooklyn called little Ukraine. We even had an authentic Ukrainian meal. It was a wonderful experience.

I was always leery of NYC tours by bus. They always looked kind of tacky to me. My husband wanted to try one so we took the New York guided sightseeing tour by luxury coach from High Quality tours. 10/4/18 - I spent a very informative 4 hours exploring New York with Berenice Flores from HQT, as my guide. She was early for our tour and committed to providing the experience that I wanted - so 4 hours of walking downtown with a brief coffee stop. Its great to be led by someone combining knowledge with charisma, with explainations tailored to the customer. I enjoyed a very pleasant introduction to the City

Tell then tour guide J. sent you. This all day tour was the best part our trip. And my credit card tells me I had a great trip.

We took a 5 hour tour of Manhattan with Mr Gee (Driver) and Bernice (tour guide) they were both first class and would highly recommend the tour.

For the best sightseeing in New York take a bus tour from High Quality Tours. We not only took the NYC 360 tours but we also did the Brooklyn tour which took us to different parts of Brooklyn We even had a 3 course pre-fix meal included in the price. It was a wonderful experience.

**** BEWARE YOU WILL HAVE A HORRIBLE TIME*** If I could have given 0 STARS I would. High Quality Tours is a rip off. Where do I start, the pictured bus on the website is not what you get. The tour guides have no idea what they are doing. There were elderly guest who we left behind, we were supposed to have a wonderful trip, that did not happen. They would make these stops and then the bus would disappear and the guest would be walking in circles lead by the no idea guides to have to play catch up to meet the bus. This happened several times. Imagine this your are picked up at 10:45 am and its 3:45pm and still have not eaten because the senseless guides do NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. Did I mention that after the yacht ride which was the only ride that was good although the SENSELESS TOURS GUIDES did not even have tickets for the guest when we got to PIER 16, infact we saw hundreds of people line up to board, we had to stand aside all we knows that the group had no tickets to hard. and the guides did NOT explain much. By the time the group got in line to board, they were no seats, we stood the entire time it was hot and at this point no one still have not eaten lunch, well after 3pm. There were children and elderly. The temperature in NYC was well over 95 degrees, imagine elderly people people with children WALKING on empty stomachs in this heat. Also by the way you have NOT HEARD IT ALL TILL YOU HEAR THIS....The guide kept walking not even waiting for the guest... We lost the elderly women and her family. NO GOOD. I WILL NEVER DO ANOTHER TOUR WITH THIS COMPANY. I WILL NEVER RECOMMENDED THEM.

I have no idea who are writing these review. This company is horrible.I went on this tour and the tour guide loses people. I could not believe it.It was horrible, I had to ask them if this is the first time they ever did a tour.If you book a boat ride with the bus tour then be prepared to get to the boat at around 2pm or after and no lunch.At this point still they have not stopped for lunch and just imagine no lunch in very hot weather in NYC and now you have to wait in line to get on a boat behind hundreds of people. To get on the boat to only now stand in the sun because there is no more sitting room because you are basically last in line. Why must we wait in line after we booked a high quality tour and boat ride? Yes, thats why... because they are NOT high quality intact the lowest you can find for top money.HORRIBLE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME and MONEY. You are better off getting a driver to take you around and buy your boat tickets on your own just like they did. You are not given any perks doing a tour with them infact you will be given an extreme walkout in the heat on an empty stomach.. I surprised no one fainted. BOOOOOOOOO.... Never Again
