To be honest before booking with dawn travels I read some reviews online that made me worry if it would turn out to be a scam. However I had an amazing experience, organization was really good hotels and car service were great! I got to every location on time! Would definitely book with them again! The staff are very helpful and professional and help me with any and every issue. Take a chance on them and you will not be disappointed. I give them 5 stars. I had an issue with the flight booking and they made sure that i got the best price with the least amount of lay over. Very bad service sold me the ticket with 2 luggage per passenger and when I got to the airport the airline person at the checkin desk told me my ticket has 1 luggage per passenger so I ended up paying out of my pocket the extra charges and now they won’t refund me my money back

Hajj 2018 - A journey of a lifetime with devoted, genuine leaders. The team attempted their very best from the beginning to the end. It felt like belonging to a family member.Aziziyah homes were clean and tidy, as provided. Mina camping tents were luxurious, sofa beds and ac. We were never without food, fruit and also water. Transitions between mina, muzdalifah, Arafah were smooth Alhamdulillah! Making it through airport terminals was likewise problem free.

They are very unprofessional and they will lie about things. Please be aware.

Had a very bad experience with dawn travels during hajj 2019. They are very unprofessional, extremely poor in management. Nothing happens on time. And you are the last ones to travel or to reach anywhere. Because they are not even registered with hajj ministry. This is the only kind of service they can deliver no matter what package you select from them. They are left on the mercy or Saudi government and there is nothing private about them. They are not a private agency for hajj.

I wish there was an option to give them zero stars. I will never travel with them again. These people are a third party contractors and nothing else and they provide terrible services.

This trip would not have been possible without the help of Karim. Planning a trip with 4 kids and 2 adults was quite challenging, but with his knowledge & experience it was less stressful. Overall, his professionalism & assistance with booking the flights, hotels, rental cars and visas made this a great family vacation.

I have been using dawn travels services for more than 5 years. Recently I went for hajj and they provided good service with cheap rates. There were some small problems but overall experience was great. Abdul sammad always provide good service and help people with their questions and concerns.

They brag about running the business for 30 years but doesnt seem to adapt with time. They still think they can trick you like they could 20 years ago. All the information and prices are available online and you can see how much they are ripping you off. I would urge them to stop lying. Worst agency for hajj. No improvements at all since last 6 7 years, instead they are getting worse.

Compared to other Hajj/Umrah travel agencies, Dawn Travels was initially the most responsive, but required some pressure to customize a package that met our needs for a 2-night Umrah trip. Given the short time span from when we first made our request, the convenience of having a full itinerary arranged for us, including visa processing, flights, ground transportation, and hotel (with a complimentary upgrade) was worth the price, and the provided educational material was also invaluable. The lapses in communication after we made our payment left us severely worried about the details of our booking, and we didnt receive the final confirmation numbers until 2 days before the trip, but everything went exactly according to the itinerary and we had no issues with the arrangements Dawn Travels made.

There is nothing good to mention about this agency. They are a total fraud. I do not know how they have kept themselves in the business by constantly cheating people year over year. But now is the best time to put a stop to this scamming agency. Spread the truth about them and dont let your fellow brothers fall victims to this agency.

What a horrible experience traveling with dawn travels. Its a late review for my hajj 2019, but they wanted it so here it is. This is a sham agency, they do not care about their customers a bit. They lie and cheat at everypoint. The services they provide are lower than third class. Communication is poor and zero guidance. No one would provide you any answers and you are left on their mercy. Transportation was extremely disappointing and same was the food everyday. Very very long walks in Makkah and Mina. As to what they promise on their website is a total lie. I cant think of one single good point. I am asking everyone to boycott this agency and look somewhere else. Shame on dawn travels.

Jawad from Dawn Travels made my trip a worry free one. I was treated with respect and given consideration to every details. He is polite and soft spoken. You ask him a questions whether related to your specific trip or just random question, he will get back to you with best answer. He is focused on building a relationship with you. The charges are very reasonable and not expensive at all. Got my passport in the promised time period. Didn’t have any problem with hotels in Saudi.He even called me after I returned to follow up.I will certainly refer my all friends and family to him.

They will hide from you minor details which will cause all the suffering and pain which you can read here from a lot of people. And dawn travels is doing nothing about it to fix this behavior. They tricked and scammed me. All lies from day 1. they were only focused on me submitting money in their bank account ASAP. False and incomplete information was provided and everything was a mess during the hajj 2019 journey. Unorganized, unprofessional and cheaters. They do not even have any private buses for transportation nor tents. Totally government dependent third party agency. They cant even get you visas and get them from Diva travels and tours. They need to shut this place down now.

They do really good advertisement about services, economical packages but that is just limited to their advertisements to grab new customers like us. Those are all just false promises that turns out to be the worst experience one could ever have during Hajj or Umrah. Please dont fall for their false promises and advertisements. They are just making money out of it.

Very bad facilities, extremely unhygenic conditions specially during stay in Mina for women. Nothing was done out of ordinary, they failed to provide anything of acceptable quality. Cannot get worst than this. Stay away from dawn travels.

I worked with Araib to get Umrah visas only. He finished the needed visas in less than a business week with shipping, which was great for me as I had a tight schedule. They also provided a competitive price compared to one other company I asked.

Excellent experience during Umrah last month. We had amazing service throughout started from booking till whole stay. Mr. Jawad was the one who assisted us in booking who made sure all our criteria is met with very polite nature. Their team called us on weekend, a day before our departure to explain everything and to make sure we are ready for our trip. Hotel stay was very comfortable and beyond excellence in cleaning, location, and services plus kids friendly. Transportation was prompt with great communication skills. Best service and good people to talk to. I had work visa and was told by another travel agency that I needed to apply from my home country. But Dawn Travels had no issues with this situation and got my visa back to me in 3 days.. Bravo you guys.

Horrible liars. They lied from day one. When asked the hotel name where we would stay in Makkah during our hajj then agent keeps dodging the questions and said its a private building whenever asked for a name or address. They would not tell me or anyone so people can check on google maps and catch their other lie of 15 mins walk from that building to haram. Because its really far away from the actual entrance to the mosque. On top of it, that is not a private building, its a genuine hotel named nawazi al fateh. You can google it and see for your selves. Just think how many other lies they have told before and during the whole hajj journey. Its not that you are going there for free, but what they provide you doesnt worth the money you pay for. Please stay away from these shady people.

Brother Murtaza was a great help during the arrangement process. Once in Saudi Arabia I was greater by Brother Rifaat who made the experience truly amazing. He was familiar with the sites and religious history and to top it all off he was just a joy to be around. The hotels were just across of the Haram both in Medina and Mecca, just as advertised. May Allah help me to go again and it will definitely be with Dawn a travels.

We had a situation where my family planned and booked Umarah Package with Dawn Travelers. As we started our Journey, unfortunately we miss our two flights in a row first at JFK and second flight at Paris airport due to Christmas rush. We were strangled at Paris Airport in the middle of our Journey. I went to Hajj with dawn travels and I am sorry to say that the experience with this agency was the worst. If there was an option to give them zero stars I would select that. So do yourself a favor and book your hajj or umrah trip from somewhere else. I think any review they have other than the 1 star is supposedly fake considering the comments I received from people traveling in our group and others we met with different packages during our journey.

I dropped off my passport and then had it picked up so I dont know what it is like with having them mail it. What I can speak to is that they did a great job procuring the two visas I needed for my trip and did so in the time window that was promised. I would recommend them and will use them again going forward.
