I am a fan of Dr Kogan and have been with this practice for over 4 years. I enjoy chatting with everyone here, from the office managers to the hygienists. (Kaylin today was a joy to talk to!) The team here strikes the right balance of reassuring, encouraging of good habits without guilt, and transparent communication. I have never been up sold for any products or services here and I never wait long for a scheduled visit. I always leave squeaky clean and refreshed. Thank you all!

I had a wonderful experience. With the dental work I needed done, it was great to have all the specialists under one roof! Everyone had a pleasant and professional attitude. It was a relaxed and clean environment which made me feel comfortable since we are in a pandemic. I look forward to returning.

I had a really good experience here, the staff was helpful and very friendly especially knowing how nervous going to the dentist could be. But the staff was very comforting and very informative about what procedures I was about to have done. The Doctor was also a cool guy who had a sense of humor that kept it very calming and overall a great experience. Making follow up visits and what future procedures I was interested in was very easy and the woman at the front desk was very helpful on what I needed from my insurance and what was need to be done. Overall I definitely enjoyed my visit the staff and doctors are very nice and I’d recommend the very highly.

Love this place. I walked in and always feel so welcomed! The front desk is very polite and helpful. Doris is always willing to help and is super sweet. The people here are very thorough and explain everything they do and why with great detail, and what to expect when they do it. If there are any issues theyll address it with a plan and enable you with the necessary tools to put it into action. Plus, they are very COVID 19 compliant with their day to day activities.

I have been coming here for years and what strikes me consistently without fail is the limited waiting time. Of course that is not the only or most important reason I visit but I have been in enough medical offices to know that to expect a schedule to run like a fine-tuned machine is not the norm. Somehow the team here manages to personally treat each individual as if their time is just as important as the dentist’s. That goes a long way in my book.

Very disappointing visit. If I could give a negative, I would. It’s a shame because I very rarely write reviews, but I feel like I had to share my experience to help this establishments future patients go elsewhere. It’s a real shame because I feel like the Doctors are so nice, however, the front desk staff is such a complete headache, it isn’t even worth it. Let me start by saying, I was shocked and appalled to see the Spanish lady in the front desk not wearing a mask and coughing without covering her mouth. Does she not realize the severity of the corona virus????? I was flabbergasted. To say I was nervous to enter this space is beyond an understatement. However, after being comforted by the Doctor that he would rectify the situation, I felt a little better. When I was done with my appointment, the Spanish lady in the front desk was trying to charge me for a cleaning when I’m covered at 100%! After talking with her and repeatedly stating the facts, she dismissed me extremely unprofessionally and rude. Literally yelling in my face. I called my insurance and they even talked to her and told her I was indeed accurate with my knowledge of being covered at 100%. How can you hire a person who not only argues with the patient, but is completely unaware and ignorant to basic knowledge?! I will never go back to this office ever again. I honestly do not believe the positive reviews, those have to be fake. Besides the Doctor, the overall experience was a nightmare. I didn’t see not one time anything was being cleaned in the waiting room or the front area. Steer clear from this office if not only you don’t want to get sick, but also eliminate a headache!

My gums were receding. I did some research on laser dentistry and decided it was the best way to go. I went to Dr. Kogan is a Lanap certified clinician. I am so please with the results. It saved my natural teeth.

Dental work is never fun, but I do not mind it so much now. Erica is the sweetest and so helpful. Dr. Devito is nice and answers questions thoroughly. And their prices are very reasonable. I have very basic dental insurance from work so I was expecting out of pocket cost and surprised it wasnt as much as I thought it would be! I definitely recommend them!

I couldn’t believe what I was seeing slowly and deliberately. My teeth were shifting and I was in my late thirties. After a consultation with Dr. DeVito, I started the Invisalign process to straighten my teeth. It was well worth the process.

I have been going to NYC Dental for several years now. I joke with Dr. DeVito that he is MY dentist and he gets to help other patients when I am not around. And that is seriously how I feel because he is not only so caring and constructive but very knowledgeable in the field of dentistry. For example, Dr. DeVito, without even asking, could tell that I was brushing too hard while not flossing enough. He brought this up during my last check up and helped me fix this habit which greatly improved my gum health.

Getting my little brother the best possible care for his oral health has been a struggle, until now. He now comes into the office 4 times a year and is calm when he does, It is a relief.

Our family is very happy with the dental care here. The facility is very nice and spotless, and the doctors are just great! They always explain what will be done and have a great bedside manner. I am also able to check out quickly when I leave, which is great on a workday. I fully recommend them!

Their staff here are very friendly and hospitable. They will make you completely relaxed and comfortable. I had not been to the dentist in a while and needed some work. This is included a couple of root canals. I dont know why people cringe at the thought. The procedures I had here were completely painless. In just a few weeks I had three new crowns! They are good at what they do.

This was the best dental experience I have ever had. I have extremely sensitive teeth and they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout the cleaning process. From the check in process to meeting the dental hygienist, to meeting the doctor, the whole process was filled with kind helpful people who are wonderful at their professions. I chipped my front tooth on rock candy. I exposed the nerve and I was devastated to see the damage. It was something I couldn’t live with. But thanks to Dr. Kogan I did not have to wait long for a perfect permanent solution.

These last few reviews are definitely fake. This place is not safe or clean. Very small office. The staff barely wears masks. I had a root canal there couple of weeks ago, and the endodontist was very unprofessional. I was in a lot of pain during procedure and after, so i am not sure he even knew what he was doing.

I knew I had a problem when my gums started to bleed mildly in spots. I was smart enough to see Dr. Yoo before I developed a huge problem. He told me four out of five people have periodontal disease and don’t even know it. I had caught it early enough so that after a few good cleanings and some well-explained tips on how to improve my oral hygiene, I was good to go. I plan to take my oral hygiene as seriously as I do my golf discussions with Dr. Yoo going forward!

Was my first time here and went in for consultation and ended up having a root canal procedure done. Dr Farrokhmanesh who did my root canal was not gentle. Very painful! He didn’t make me feel safe. There were too many people in the waiting area. Staff and doctor kept taking their masks off. Hope I don’t get the virus after this experience

I got my teeth cleaned by and the plaque removed without causing my mouth to be sore.Ive been going there for almost two years now and their service is consistently top notch. I have been seeing Dr. DeVito since I moved to the area two years ago. I always have my teeth cleaned every six months and only had a small cavity filled last time. The clinic is very nice and clean and I am seen on time. I a very happy!

I had very good experiences in the past.My recent visit is disappointing. The receptionists didnt wear masks and talk to you without any social distancing. This made me really nervous and unconformable. There were a few patients in the office that afternoon. I dont know how they sanitize and disinfect the office but it is not only protecting themselves but also patients by wearing masks.I would suggest not visit that office when covid is still going on or find another facility.

Everyone from the person who did the x-rays to the dental hygienist and the dentist were all friendly and explained everything to me as they were doing it so I knew exactly what was going on. The cleaning was thorough and my teeth feel and look great. Very affordable too.

I had 5 cavities filled in two separate appointments, Very friendly staff, modern facility, convenient location, and Dr. Kogan was great. Cavities were filled in a relatively short time frame, work felt great, and it was the most painless experience I have ever had at a dentist.

In my 3+ decades of existence, I’ve been to four dentists and I can tell the difference. I came here to have my wisdom tooth removed and the procedure was painless. The front desk was very nice and helpful as well as the doctor explained everything step by step and removed the wisdom tooth pretty fast.

I am terrified of the dentist, mostly because I hate the sound of the drilling, the needles, the fillings all of it! Although he is not able to reduce the sound of the drill Dr. Isaac and his Assistant do an outstanding job of making you as comfortable as possible, very patient and tells you what he is doing step by step. Everyone else I met here were nice too.

I had an accident that cracked my teeth, knocked out a few other teeth, and damaged my face. I went to Dr. Kogan. The implant process took a while. He did a beautiful job of restoring my teeth. His staff is phenomenal.

Doctor Kogan is great but the office manager and the staff at the reception are very rude. Had multiple issues with them over the past 4 years, and they are always very complicated and not accommodating. Dentists are expensive, you would expect better service when you spend so much money.

I hate writing this review, but unfortunately I must because I find it reckless to have a mask policy not fully in effect in an indoor, medical setting during a pandemic. I was a patient of multiple years but today was my last day because I witnessed at least two receptionists not wearing masks. When I asked my dental hygienist why the receptionists were not wearing masks, she couldnt provide an answer but her solution, that I agreed to, was to close the door. When I met with the dentist, I asked why the receptionists were not wearing masks, and his response was ...because they talk on the phone... I find this more of a reason to wear a mask as they are constantly expelling germs. Nonetheless, I am disappointed.

I went to a dentist one month ago and they wanted to extract my molar and make me a new denture or implant. Thank god I went to NYC Dental professionals for a second opinion and guess what Dr. DeVito fixed my molar in 20 minutes. I couldnt believe it. I will never go to any other dentist..He is very good and very gentle. I did not even need anesthesia. I would highly recommend NYC dentals for your dental needs.

Going to the NYC Dental Professionals is great especially when you don’t have time to waste. Walking over to the sit in the waiting room is like sitting on a spring. However, when you are in the dental chair they take their time.

I was recently referred to NYC Dental Professionals by my regular dentist for some gum work and also a root canal. Everything was fantastic. Jasmine and Christina were stars at the front desk, very knowledgeable about my insurance and the financial component. The periodontist was so easy going and nice, made me feel very comfortable. Even though he was cutting up my gums, it was still a pain free process!I also had to see Dr. Alexander for a root canal on one of my canine teeth. He was quick, yet very thorough. Again, very seamless and completely painless.The place is modern and clean and very convenient to get to. Couldnt recommend more!

Dr. Yoo was one of the best dentists I have ever worked with. He sat and listened to my concerns and addressed everything before the procedure even began. That is incredible in any setting.
