I really enjoy the care I get at 212Dental! They are very thorough in finding out if anything is wrong with your teeth and will let you know up front if anything needs to be paid for when it comes to insurance and billing. They also give you free teeth whitening after every exam and cleaning session. Im glad I chose to this place for my dental needs!

THEY WILL HARASS YOU:I was in the market for a new dentist last year and the free teeth whitening seemed appealing. They informed me that my insurance was not accepted and I told them I was no longer interested as I cannot afford what they are offering without it. Since August 2020 they have been calling, texting, and e-mailing what seems like once a month from different phone numbers and email addresses. I have asked several times to be left alone and have blocked several of the numbers I have been contacted from but they keep calling. Don’t even bother with this place if you enjoy peace of mind they WILL NOT leave you alone.

Office is clean. Staff is pleasant and helpful. I like that you can text and email them instead of having to call to request documents. Ive been going there for about 2 years now for cleaning and teeth whitening. Ive also had some fillings done. Everything went well.

Scammy and spammy. They called my job to offer free whitening. Odd but fine, I thought, and I can use a whitening. When I got there they insisted I had to have a full exam at full cost, which I had had at my regular dentist like a month before. Sure, fine. Found all these issues I knew were not there, very car salesman pitch to agree to treatments on the spot but I insiated and finally they whitened my teeth. That process had awful/no communication- they told me information I needed to know beforehand after the treatment was done, and all the food I had just bought 2 days prior was not on the list of what I could eat for 2 weeks. Thanks a lot.Now the worst part: For now the 2 years since, they call me maybe twice a month trying to get me to come back... from a different number every time! No matter how many times I patiently explained to them Ive moved and am not coming back, Ive asked before to be taken off the call list, and Ive blocked the number... THEY DONT STOP.I never write reviews like this but I just hung up with them in a rage again and thought if I could save someone else this experience itd be worth it.

RUN AWAY!!!!I would give this 0 stars if I could. I went there as it was in my network and the staff was awful and the dentist should be in jail. The x-ray tech kept whacking me in the face. At one point, I even asked her to just stop - and I have a high pain tolerance! Then, the dentist came in and said before even looking in my mouth that I had 5 cavities and needed resin composites on 3 of my teeth. Oh but good news - he could do it all right now!!! And at the low cost of over $4,000....I immediately knew something was up and left. I went to another dentist 1 week later and he said I had NO CAVITIES and nothing wrong with my teeth. Talk about a SCAM!!! NEVER EVER GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Go somewhere else. As others mentioned, aggressive marketing, overpriced. Went in for a free whitening, came out with a hefty bill and no whitening. They advised I had to get other work done before qualifying for whitening.

I was really concerned about venturing out for my dental checkup in the middle of a pandemic but 212 Dental Care was so thorough in their protocols to keep me and everyone safe. The dental assistant was super sweet and walked me through the process and my cleaning was great! Plus they have the option of a payment plan which is great! I recommend!

The employees were very friendly and helpful. The office is very clean. The service is was good and quick. I was able to reschedule my appointment for the same day. Everyone there was very helpful and let me know what I should be doing as far as my teeth and if I have any questions to let them know and they will find answers to everything that I asked them.

I have been going to this Dentist office for almost two years now and I must say the service is top notch. I live in queens but travel all the way to the city because the service there is excellent.The entire staff is professional and caring.Dr. Serrano is the best dentist ever!!I hardly felt a thing as I had cavities filled, root canals and cleanings. Definitely recommend her and the entire practice for all your dental needs!!

I had my first visit at 212 Dental Care this week and although visits to the dentist are never typically fun, it was a wonderful experience. The reception staff was extremely friendly and organized. I didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes to be called into a room. Jess was the dental assistant that took care of me and she was such a sweetheart and super professional. Dr. Serrano was also fabulous. Overall a great experience. They make you as comfortable as possible and have a very gentle touch which is SO important. I will definitely be returning. The staff at 212 Dental is extremely kind and helpful. I had an appointment in April where the Dr Maya did a procedure for me. She was very cheerful and explained what was going on while she was working, which I appreciated.Also, Tia was the one who followed up with me. The professionalism displayed by Dr Maya (& team) as well as Tia (who did the follow up calls) was so impactful that even though I originally forgot to do a review, I had to make sure to give them the recognition they deserve, having gone for my 6 month cleaning recently. Customer Service is so vital for business, and is the reason I have made several referrals since that visit.My visit 10/26 I was seen and helped by Dr Greene & Samantha. They too were very nice and helpful. There is some additional work that I want to do, and Dr Greene sat and gave her personal and professional opinion on what she felt was a priority, then went over costs and payment options. Feeling that they addressed me as if I was a friend and sharing insight really made me appreciate how they run their business and makes me willing to continue to go back as needed.THANK YOU ALL! Had a teeth cleaning + replaced some old metal fillings from China w/ new ones. Had a great experience w/ Dr. Green. Highlights were:1. Staff was very pleasant and friendly, (both the front-desk staff and the dental assistants). Very open in terms of explaining the procedures, how my insurance will cover the services, expected charges, etc.2. Dr. Green was highly efficient with the fillings. She was also careful to make sure that my bite was perfect after the procedure, even if it meant taking extra time3. Hygienist who did my cleaning was great as well. Worked quickly but was very thorough

DANGER!! SLOPPY WITH PERSONAL INFORMATIONI called and made an appointment for 8:30am, so I could be first in and out quick. I showed up at 8:29am. after waiting 20 minutes I had to ask if they were going to see me. The front desk apologized and went into the office to see what was up. she comes back a minute later saying they would be out soon, and the dentist was just reviewing my records. well they bring me into a chair, do the xrays, I sit around for a bit, and its still another 20 minutes till the dentist comes in, so the dentist had to take 40 minutes to review my stuff before entering the room?Dentist is nice and very helpful.Then she leaves and I wait a bit more for someone to come in and give me the cleaning. It is the fastest cleaning I have ever had. They spent less than 2 minutes applying the pasts and taking care of it. in total I was there 90 minutes for an x-ray and a cleaning first thing in the morning.Update: They called and left a message about wanting to Make it better and they would call back the next day. 4 days later and no follow up. I requested digital copies of my x-rays, and they included someone elses with mine. DO NOT go here.

212 Dental is great! The office has very polite and accommodating employees. My dentist, Dr. Serrano, is extremely patient, kind and professional. She has a great way of calming my anxiety associated with dental work. The office has amazing hours and it is very easy to make an appointment. You will receive reminders about scheduled appointments and when to set up cleanings and future visits. They even offer FREE laser whitening treatments! I am very happy with the service I receive at 212 Dental.

EXPENSIVE BUT POOR QUALITY! I came to the dental office in February for a teeth cleaning and two fillings. They charged over $500 for each teeth filling. However, in six months, the filling is already broken. Also, they maxed out my entire annual dental insurance coverage for this single visit. If you charge this much for two teeth fillings, at least you should not provide sub par service. Stay away from this place at all costs!

212 Dental is a professional dental office with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. It is easy to schedule and reschedule appointments, they answer phone calls and texts. I have experienced a few minute wait on a few occasions but the reception staff does a good job of providing updates so you know what to expect. The free whitening after cleaning is a great perk and has kept my teeth looking great.

This office is immaculate. The entire facility is clean, and the staff is unbelievably friendly and positive. They make numerous accommodations to provide the dates necessary for treatment, in a friendly, respectful matter. I have had nothing less than perfect results since beginning my treatment here. I would highly suggest inquiring about openings if you are in need for a new dentist/amazing environment.

I went in and got seen by Dr. Tinaj. What a great guy. Made me feel comfortable and safe. Very hardworking. My teeth gave him issues but he knew how to deal with them. Ill definitely be returning to them for my other dental care.

Extremely aggressive marketing with promise of a free whitening. When doing the pre-checking a cavity was discovered & needed to take care of it 1st. I had only 1 minor cavity in my life. So, I suspected this $170 charge was NOT kosher.After the Covid, I went to my regular dentist. Who could not find it. So, somehow cavity disappeared rather then getting worse in 6 months. Was this a miracle?Going to file a complaint with NYS medical board & NY District Attorney.

I was really impressed with the service that the staff provided at 212 dental. Everyone was so friendly & professional with a humble & pleasant demeanor. One person that especially stood out was Dr. Maya Deshmukh. Dr. Maya spoke to me openly & very kindly about the risks of not taking my insulin for my condition of Diabetes. She lovingly convinced me to go & see a doctor about my condition so that I can have a good quality of life. Dr. Maya took the time to actually talk to me one on one & privately & she didnt shame me for feeling the way I do about seeing a doctors about my condition. Dr. Maya really attentively listened to me & my concerns.Ashley the one that cleaned my teeth was very professional. Ashley explained very well the whole procedure about how she would go about cleaning my teeth. Ashley also responded kindly to me by being gentle & easing up her approach to me teeth when she saw that I felt some pain. Not my first time at 212 dental & surely not my last. Excellent job 212 dental.

Even though I had to wait a little longer than I would’ve liked to to be seen, this office still deserves a 5 star rating. The Starbucks gift card as a consolation for the waiting definitely helps. All of the staff was super friendly. The hygienist was very thorough while being gentle and Dr. Maya was so kind and made the “dreaded dentist appointment” a very pleasant experience!

212 Dental Care is, hands down, the most friendly and professional dentistry group in Manhattan. When you walk into the office, the staff greets you with professionalism, enthusiasm and kindness. The office is comfortable and welcoming. My dentist, Dr. Green, is very skilled and passionate about her role. She filled multiple cavities and performed a root canal on me. Dr. Green, along with her assistant, made the procedure, well, as enjoyable and painless as a root canal can be. Every time I call the office, a member of the staff answers immediately and attends to my needs. There arent any hold or wait times. If you are concerned about dental expenses, dont fret, 212 Dental Care provides patients with payment plans. Last, 212 Dental provides its patients with free laser teeth whitening. And they gave me a $50 Amazon gift card for scheduling my last 2018 appointment on time. I am a huge fan of 212 Dental. I highly recommend them to everyone!

I received a phone call from 212 Dental at my job offering a free teeth whitening. I am New to NYC and looking for a dentist so I decided to go ahead and set up an appointment. When I arrived at the office everyone was very polite and welcoming. I came about an hour before my appointment and they got me started with processing immediately. Barely even ten minutes after I filled out my paperwork and turned it in they called me into the room. I ended up needing fillings which they were able to do right then. Everyone from the dental assistants to the receptionists and the dentist were all extremely accommodating and welcoming as well as professional.The only complaints that I have is that the dentist did not give me much information on how to prevent cavities in the future and that I did not receive a goody bag (bag with toothbrush etc inside). These are not big deals though.After my appointment I was able to set up my free teeth whitening and a follow up appointment with ease.

I really enjoy this dentist office. The entire staff has always been very friendly and courteous to me every time I go for my appt. On a normal visit, youll talk to like 5 different people, but each person explains what they do very thoroughly. Meaning youll speak with someone that does x-rays or someone that does the cleaning or someone that does billing or the dentist, but each person is always very nice and explain what they do. Lastly, Dr Maya is the best doctor Ive ever dealt with.

Im writing this as Ive probably received upwards of 20 CALLS from this company asking me for a free teeth whitening service within the past year. I politely ask to be taken off of your call list every time to no avail. If youre reading this, can you PLEASE take me off of your call list?! First it was my cell, now its at a desk phone where ive been employed at this company for less than 4 months, quite frankly this is creepy and Im unsure how you even got my new desk number.Each staff member on the phone simply does not stop talking when you ask them to stop. This is the opposite of a productive approach when it comes to customer service, please, for the love of god STOP. Stay far, far away.

Every encounter Ive had with 212 Dental has been A+ customer satisfaction. From the staff to my Dentist, my entire experience is always pleasant. They work with your insurance, provide a detailed overview of whats needed and how much it will cost, and they work with your financial situation if out of coverage dental work is recommended but youre not able to afford it at the time. This courtesy is a god send when out of coverage expenses outweigh whats covered by insurance. I highly recommend 212 Dental!

Like others who have posted here, I was contacted by phone at the office with an offer of free laser whitening. It made me very uncomfortable. However, I needed a dentist and the dentists are licensed to practice dentistry, so I thought Id give it a try. At the very least, Id get a free whitening. The staff was very courteous, even though I had to reschedule my appointment. I received text notifications reminding me of my appointment. My Dentist was not very friendly and, after a thorough exam and x-rays, hit me with a large number of items to take care of, for a total of several thousand dollars. I got my free laser whitening and a cleaning. I recommend the cleaning and exam, plus the free teeth whitening... but always get a second opinion if there are problems; I know I will before I have major work done. Ive had some minor work done there and am very satisfied with the quality. Oddly enough, on my return trips the list of items was only briefly mentioned in passing. Overall, 212 dental is a clean and pleasant space in a convenient location, the office staff are kind and helpful, and my experience has been a very positive one.

I don’t usually enjoy going to the dentist, and I still don’t love the experience, but the professionals at 212 make it the best Dental experience I’ve ever had. 212 has knowledgable professionals who provide great service in a timely fashion. I have never had to wait past my appointment time, and I have gone 4x as of this review. The dental hygienist that took care of me for 3 of the visits was amazing! I didn’t feel any discomfort and the results were as intended.

212 dental care showed me what true customer service truly is. The doctors and nurses were very sweet and helpful. No wait time what so ever. My teeth never looked so white after my laser whitening. Thank you guys, you guys were amazing!

I come from CA and have been in the city for 6 years. I honestly miss the privacy, calmness, and simple service of my CA based dental offices. 212 Dental has way too many people coming in and out, I do not feel like I have enough privacy, it’s a little uncomfortable, and there is a lot of waiting. The hygienists are quick, but I feel like I leave the room with dried toothpaste on my face. The Dentist insists on getting fillings every time I visit and it requires a lot of money. I do not feel comfortable visiting this office, and even though they have a payment plan, I don’t entirely trust them.

I absolutely recommend this place. Dr. Vijaj did the procedure for me. Hes so friendly, professional and sweet, explained everything clearly without a doubt, in the best way you can expect from a doctor. They are best dentists Ive been to.

My experience at 212 Dental Care has been very positive. My first appointment was a general cleaning and examination. I was made to feel at ease by both the technician and the dentist. The exam and cleaning were thorough. I scheduled an appointment for fillings and teeth laser whitening two weeks later and both procedures were painless. Once again the dentist and the technicians involved were informative and helpful. 212 Dental was recommended to me by friends and I also recommend it to anyone interested in quality dental care.

I had an amazing experience visiting 212 Dental. Dr. Serrano was very thorough with her explanation during my first checkup and my plan of care. Also, Lexix the dental hygienist was amazing with doing my cleaning and made sure to also provide me with feedback regarding daily care of my teeth and discussed preventative methods for certain gum diseases and infections. On March 14, I went to 212 Dental Care for the first time and had a great experience. After getting X-rays done, I learned that I needed some minor dental work to be done. Dr. Tinaj, Julissa the tech assistant, and Sam the hygienist was very informative of some those issues that needed to be addressed. The staff was professional and the office was very clean. I will will definitely be back to continue treatment at this location.

Discovered this dental clinic thru a random call. I was looking for a dentist and made an appointment back in 2018. Service is excellent facility is clean and the staff are both professional and friendly. Ive visited 4 times so far and Ive yet to be disappointed and dont expect I will. I’ve been a patient for several years. The dentists and staff are all pleasant and efficient. This is one of the best dental experiences I have ever had!

The staff here is very friendly and helpful! They provided a teeth cleaning and cavity fillings all in the same day without taking eons in between. Very efficient and knowledgeable. As someone who works in the city its super convenient to get to. Definitely recommend them!

It’s very pricy and no one told me before it’s charged! Bad service, the nurse just ignored me after I said I don’t want the night guards and other pricy stuff.....the worst dental care ever

I visited 212 Dental Care in Chicago for the first time on January 3rd and my experience was great! All of the staff was friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere and setup of the office was great too! New, clean, organized and inviting... I would recommend this company for sure!

They are highly professional and a wonderful staff. After checking in I was waiting for maybe 10 minutes at the most before I was called up for my exam. If you work in the city you know how hard it is to find a good dentist that is open after hours. Well they have excellent dentist and close at 9 PM. Highly recommended.

I was looking for a great dental place when I got a call one day. They scheduled me in for a teeth whiting. They found more thing that I needed to be done. Make a long story short they fixed what needed to be done. And if you have a hour out of day the teeth whiting is 45 min and you see results the same day!! That five star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️service for me

My recent visit to 212 Dental went very well. I arrived a few minutes late to my appointment as it was during the end of the morning rush hour and there were minor train delays- no surprise there. However, despite running a bit late, I was signed in and seen very promptly by the practitioner. The practitioner was very respectful and receptive. We had a friendly and warm conversation as my teeth were being cleaned. The doctor was very informative and answered all of my questions. Overall, it was a very good experience. The entire staff was very polite and welcoming.

Steer clear from this office, calls your business phone to lure you into a free teeth whitening, but then asks when you had your previous cleaning since your teeth need to have a cleaning prior to the whitening. Even if you say you got it done yesterday they will still make up some BS so that they can run your insurance for a teeth cleaning for god knows how much make up for the FREE teeth whitening. Pretty pathetic, fooled yourself. Try to make your pitch sound more natural instead of an operating machine.

I’ve been there a few times and have had mixed experiences - each time a different dentist, usually longer than average wait times. I stopped going because they were no longer under my insurance plan. Since my last visit they call me about once a month, work and mobile. Each time, I politely ask them to take me off their call list. It doesn’t matter, someone else calls again, weeks later like clockwork.

212 Dental Care is so far the best dentist office Ive been to, it might not be the fanciest, but the people there show they care about the patient. The whole crew are very professional and comforting. I highly recommend 212 Dental Care.
