Customer service is great. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. While you’re having work done they constantly ask how your doing to make sure you feeling as comfortable as possible.

Dr. Krochak and his team were beyond professional, kind, and caring during my visit. The office was clean, modern, and efficient, and all the employees greeted me with smiles and warm welcomes- which is not my typical experience at the dentist! Dr.Krochak was mindful of sensitive areas and took the time to explain everything he was doing, which was so helpful. I am thrilled to finally find a dentist in Manhattan that I trust!

I have been terrified of dentists for as long as I can remember. After extensive research, I stumbled upon the NYC Smile Spa and figured Id give them a try. I was greeted with such welcoming smiles and friendly faces. Roger talked me through everything and made sure I felt calm and comfortable. When Dr. Perlman came in to see me, he was so warm and instantly made me feel safe. He accommodated to my dental phobia and even examined me without tools to start. For the first time ever, I left a dental office with the biggest smile on my face! I couldnt recommend this spot more! Highly recommend!

Dr. Perlman works closely with his patients and he’s sensitive to scheduling issues, etc. He is a perfectionist who puts in the time to get it right. I am very happy to have him as my dentist - recommend without reservation. Office staff is delightful.

As someone with bad dentist anxiety, I can attest to the quality of dentistry, bedside manor and overall hospitality of NYC Smile Spa. I just moved to the city and spent hours reading through credentials and reviews. I feel so lucky to have found the doctors and staff here on the first try. The receptionists made all of the intake paperwork simple and the doctors walked me through every step of the care plan they made for me after the initial cleaning. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Only been once, but I’m giving 5-stars, because everything went well and nothing went wrong.And…I’m going back. So that’s the highest grade I can give. If they mess up, I’ll let you know. Pretty sure they won’t mess up.

I had somewhat of a dental emergency and they saw me right away, which was very much appreciated because I chipped my front tooth pretty much in half. The staff was pleasant from beginning to end and asked me about my anxiety levels around needles and drilling, which was conveyed to Dr. Krochak. He was great about all of it, no pain!

Im not a huge fan of the dentist, but I am a huge fan of this practice. I have been a patient of Dr. Perlmans for a little over 6+ years and he is terrific. He has great beside manner, which in my opinion is hard to find. He is also practical and walks you through anything that may arise. Im moving to NJ at the end of the month and will definitely being making the commute in to continue see him, totally worth it!

Just had two visits to the office during the past week and my experience has been so pleasant. Dr. Bastida is amazing. He is experienced and patient. He explained each step of my procedure very clearly. Just a great person to work with. Jillian is also very helpful and welcoming. What a great team! The quotes and treatment plan they gave me are accurate and detailed, which is important for me. Im so glad I switched to them from my previous dentists.

Dr. Krochak has transformed my mouth. My regular dentist says it’s one of the most impressive transformations she has ever seen. I had many issues when I first went to him. I had two crooked teeth at the front, I had an impressive over bite and I had many extra adult teeth which had caused extra decay over the years. NYC smile spa seriously had their work cut out. I would say, it rarely goes a few days without someone telling me my teeth look really good. The Invisalign treatment was a breeze. You really don’t know they are in your mouth most of the time. I went to see Dr. Krochak every 6 weeks to check on the progress. Everything went smoothly. He is a perfectionist so he did change the trays closer to the end to lessen the over bite. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Staff called me by my name and were always on time and professional. Fabulous experience every single time.

I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and professionalism. The front desk was very transparent and welcomed me to the practice. Dr. Bastida is a natural, and is extremely thorough and attentive to your needs. He will go beyond just checking your teeth, and provide a more holistic approach by examining the jaw and tongue as well. During the check up, he was very gentle and made sure you knew his process. Highly recommend this office for all your dental needs!

Dr Perlman has impeccable bedside manner. He spends time discussing what the plan is for you that day in great detail. He also does his very best to put you at ease especially if you’re a nervous mess when headed to a dentist. His dental hygienist Martha was fantastic as well and made me very comfortable. Special shout out to Melissa at the front desk for making the scheduling so easy. For someone who “WAS” terrified of going to the dentist, I am scared no longer. Thanks smile spa team!

NYC Smile Spa is the best!I have been using services at NYC Smile Spa for years and cant recommend it high enough. Dr. Krochak and the entire team are professional, thorough and efficient. How many doctors offices will you actually be seen on time and be out when they say?My wife and I have both received a range of services from simple cleanings and night guards to whitenings and root canals.We have both had services since the pandemic re-openings and all protocols are being followed and I felt very safe and cared for.

Dr. Evan Lenhoff has such a friendly and calming attitude, that really puts someone like me at ease, since I’m prone to anxiety attacks before a dentist appointment. He kindly describes the procedures before doing them and answers all my questions with ease and when he’s done describing what he’s going to do, he checks with me to make sure I understand what he said. I really love that. He takes a real interest in his patients and his work and it really shows. I highly recommend him.

First dentist visit in 6 years was nothing to worry about after I met the amazing staff and team of medical professionals at NYC Smile Spa! As someone who has dental phobia, they worked with me to make me feel at ease, and didnt have that lingering doctors office smell that can be off putting and nerve wracking. I really appreciated the time they took to talk to me, walk me through the cleaning and discuss treatment plans with me throughout the examination. Parking is a little difficult, but definitely worth the trip to Manhattan. Thank you so much for making a stressful health check a lot less stressful!

I’ve been seeing Dr Josh Perlman since I moved to NYC. After my first couple of visits I realized how sub-standard the dental care I had been receiving in Atlanta was. This is a first class dental office and I look forward to my visits. Not many folks feel that way about a trip to the dentist!!

Beautiful and clean space and the friendly faces I’ve been going to for years. Martha is my angel hygienist. I’m always impressed how quick and thorough she is! Dr. Krochak is my doc there and I’m always happy with his manner and easy way with (sometimes) complicated work.

Ive been going to NYC Smile Spa for a few years now and I can honestly say that theyre my favorite dental office. Now I must say that Im among the few who loves to go to the dentist. Reason being that its the one doctors office you go to where your issue is remedied right then and there (for the most part). Given this love affair with dental offices, I have been to many and know the difference between the bad and the good.Dr. Krochak is the BEST and knows what hes doing! He takes the necessary time, care and attention to suit your dental needs. The staff is lovely and they truly schedule/see you on time (EVERY TIME). Thats amazing to me! Along with the fact that the dental assistants are knowledgeable and Dr. Krochak really cares about teaching the future generation. From the tasty sugar free candy and beverages, to the massaging dental chair to the most amazingly cute and tiny chapsticks given for free...its like a spa for your teeth and a place to relax. Seriously, check this place out...its the absolute BEST dental office Ive been to in my life!!!Also, have you ever been to a dental office looking a hot mess because you were slobbing like a baby? Well here, they actually clean you up and even the ladies at the front desk will let you know if you should clean up some more in the restroom before you leave...you cant get that everywhere...trust me! I love this place to the moon and back and know that you will too!

NYC Smile Spa is a wonderful office overall! The ladies at the front desk are always so nice and helpful. The waiting area is modern looking and very clean. Since I was small I never loved going to the dentist. NYC Smile Spa has changed my thoughts! Over the past 6 months Ive had a few appointments with Dr. Perlman. He is the first dentist that Ive been to that has done a painless injection. Over the years I have neglected my oral health because Im afraid of the dentist hurting me. Im glad that this is not the case anymore. I may have a laundry list of things to have done but Im happy to say that Im not afraid to come back. Thanks Dr. Perlman!

Love Dr. P’s work. He is a perfectionist and a refreshing breath of fresh air (get it?). He and his team, especially Kate, are very detail oriented. So of course during this pandemic my tooth gave me an excruciating pain, we all understand that it is hard moving around in NYC and find anyone who operates to take care of the issue.Well NYC Smile Spa was available and very accommodating. I was able in no time to speak to the receptionist, make an appointment and fix the problem.On my arrival, I felt safe and sane.Everything was immaculately clean, the doctor and his assistance were in masks for obvious reasons, doors were open for you (so no touching required), temperature was checked and hands had to get washed once entered.NYC Smile Spa, is strategic in making their appointments, so there is no overlap between patients.This was my second visit and in both cases Dr Michael Krochak and Dr. Joshua Perlman were exceptional!Thank you for the great customer service.

I had a phenomenal experience with Dr Perlman. He was my dentist for a little over a year before I decided to do some cosmetic work with him. I had had a previous dentist accidentally shave off parts of my two front teeth and it left me with quite an insecurity. I additionally had a crown on one of my teeth next to my two front teeth that was considered a dead tooth. Using a mixture of Invisalign and veneers (4 on the top and 3 on the bottom,) my teeth are looking better than ever (and I had nice teeth before.) He was incredibly diligent, listened to me and was with me every step of the process from finding the perfect shade of white, to correcting the bite, shaping the teeth to fit my face and blending them perfectly with the remainder of my teeth. I feel more confident than ever! He was fantastic at communication and responded quickly to emails and phone calls and did his absolute best to make the experience seamless. He is a great dentist and a great cosmetic dental artist as well! Five stars!

Dr. Scott Kenyon has been my dentist for the past two years, during which time he’s done fillings and a crown, most recently a filling that could have resulted in removal of an existing crown to get to the cavity and the expense of a new crown. Instead of making some extra big bucks to remedy the problem, he considered my budget and saved me money through creative problem solving. He’s friendly, smart, reassuring, and the dental hygienists and staff are wonderful, too. Great environment. I highly recommend Dr. Kenyon and NYC Smile Spa!!!

Dr. Kenyon is a great dentist. Ive been going to this office for a while and being someone who has some dental anxiety, it was a relief to find a dentist that understood that and managed to make appointments a calm and non anxiety ridden experience! I went to Dr. Perlman to fix my chipped front teeth in the least invasive way possible. Im young, didnt want crowns or veneers yet. He was able to bond the fronts when no other dentist I saw would even try it. Came out looking better than my real enamel. Even got most of it covered by insurance, and when I got a new little chip he patched it up free of charge. Not only great dentist, but really cool and friendly guy. Awesome cleaning (my before/after pic isnt even after whitening--just a great cleaning), nice office, and super friendly support staff. Will never go to another dentist.

I was experiencing discomfort on one of my upper teeth. X-rays were taken (painlessly!), and Dr. Kenyen appeared five minutes later. He explained the problem very clearly & referred me to Dr Kim for a correction with bone packing. aDr. Kenyen is always efficient but congenial, and treats me like a family member.I wuldnt hesitate to recommend the Spa to anyone.Lois

I left my dentist of TWENTY Years for Josh Perlman! And I dont regret it for a minute... My old dentist missed a critical health issue because of outdated equipment and practices. When a friend told me about Dr. Perlmans state of the art office, staff and procedures, I gave him a try. Not only did he find and fix a number of enamel cracks, he also rebuilt some teeth damaged by my chronic grinding. All quickly and efficiently, within 2 visits. Also within these visits, he fitted me for a new, way less obtrusive mouthguard. I havent had a dream about pulling endless wads of gum out of my mouth since. And I finally have an easy teeth brightening regimen with a real dentist whos watching out for enamel abuse. Thank you Josh Perlman!

Everything about his dental practice is phenomenal: the environment (you feel like you enter a spa when you enter his office!), the punctuality of starting your treatment on time, and not being kept waiting; the warm and welcoming staff. Dr. Krochak’ s expertise is amazing, and he has a great chairside manner to boot. His office has the most modern equipment I have ever seen in a dental office, including a “wand” that delivers anesthetic without using needles. No wonder he’s one awards and received the professional recognition he’s achieved are no wonder. I recommend Dr. Krochak and his practice every chance I get.

Ive been using Dr. Krochak for several years and now my family and many friends do as well. Ive always felt in very competent hands when in his chair and Ive had a fair amount of cosmetic work done. Im always getting compliments on my smile (thanks to Dr. Krochaks good work).I have referred two people whove ended up having implants done by Dr. Krochak, including my brother and a friend. Both felt the process was painless, seamless and things went very smoothly.A few years ago, I referred a colleague who had a dental phobia and her reaction was that she felt very comfortable under the care of Dr. Krochak.So far, Ive had great results and so have the patients Ive referred. I also love that the office usually runs on time, so theres not a lot of waiting time before visits.

World Class Dentistry. They have it down to the greeting as you walk in. I get regular cleanings here. Also, I did surgery here a few years ago, which included getting a bridge put in. The process was smooth and the 2 hour surgery felt routine. Dr. Perlman and his team got it right. If your afraid of dentists, they will put your fears at ease.

I first came to see Dr Perlman 4 years ago for toothpain. I am really stressed when it comes to dentist but Dr Perlman knew how to make me feel comfortable. He explained to me every single steps and I felt like he was a person of knowledge that I could trust.Dr Perlman was able to fix and save many of my teeth that previously had work done by a different dentist in France. He showed me what the problems were and explained the necessary steps that needed to be done to fix them! As a patient you don’t know the quality of the dental work you are receiving. But I now know that the work he has completed with me has been top notch! It was frustrating to hear it the first time, but I’m happy I am receiving the proper care to ensure longevity of my teeth and my overall oral health!He is also really reactive and always reachable by phone or email in case of emergency or questions.

Before seeing Dr. Krochack I always had bad experience with dentists however with him and is staff I have every reason to smile. The work they did was awesome. Dr. K. has been my dentist for 20+ years and has always practiced the most advanced techniques in (painless) dentistry. Every hygienist has been excellent. This also might the most professional medical office of any kind that I have experienced. From scheduling to filing of insurance forms to any and all forms of communication, they do it right.

Dr. Krochak is without a doubt the Single Best Dentist in New York (and probably anywhere). He is experienced, is knowledgeable about the newest breakthroughs in dentistry, is thorough while being gentle - a winning combination! I had had negative experiences with dental care in the past and he has completely turned that around for me. Everything and everyone in his office meets his high standards so I am confident that even routine things such as visits with the charming hygienist are as good as Dr. Krochaks care.I recommend this practice without reservation and suggest you call them to protect your teeth and your overall health.

Ive tried my share of dentists in New York. None of them come close to NYC Smile Spa. The facility was clean and comfortable. Everyone who worked there was friendly. I found my dentist, Dr. Perlman, to be a very honest and personable dentist. The results from my cleaning and whitening were nothing short of spectacular.

Ive never experienced a more professional and friendly environment then NY Smile Spa. The staff are great, the hygienists are wonderful & extremely thorough and I cannot say enough about Dr. Perlman. He demands perfection, is always available to answer questions and is truly a top-notch dentist. Ive had reflexology while getting a cleaning with my choice of music playing in the background...dare I say it was actually enjoyable?! I moved to NJ but still come back every 4 months for a cleaning (and the occasional reflexology to accompany it). That says a lot about Dr. Perlman and his office. Would highly recommend him.

I love them and Dr. Perlman! They chose to remove my white spots with this incredible technique instead of placing veneers! I am extremely happy!

I’m an established long time patient. I’ve been seeing Dr.Cicero and Dr.Kenyon from their old office and followed them to Smile Spa. I had to reschedule my appointment due to a busy holiday schedule. Melissa cancelled my next appointment after I confirmed it, asking me to pay a $400 reservation fee and she’ll put it back in. I’m very disappointed by this kind of attitude in the office. I physically came into the office to look into fees because I never give out my credit card info over the phone and Melissa refused to book my appointment until it was addressed. I can’t say enough how disappointed I am. Good doctors but a very bad attitude from the manager at the desk. Melissa didn’t seem to care if I returned to the office or not.

I am not a big fan of pain, dentist or anything having to do with dental treatments whatsoever. The experience at Dr. Ks office is like nothing Ive ever experienced. It is like going to an elegant fine dining restaurant and still being able to laugh and have a good time. The workmanship and work-product is of the highest-quality and the entire staff is the most professional Ive ever seem, they work tirelessly to get it right. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who needs minor or major dental work. I know this sounds silly but I look forward to having my teeth cleaned thats how pleasant the experience is. By the way I travel 60 miles from Long Island just to see Dr. K because everyone else just didnt have the right touch. Tony M

I have been going to Dr. Krochak for almost 10 years now and like many others I always have a wonderful experience at the dentist office and never hesitate to make that next appt.I have had to have most of my childhood fillings replaced and I love not having a mouth full of silver.Even though I live in NJ now; I still make the trip to NYC for all my dental work.The whole office team is 5 STAR and I continue to recommend them time and time again.If you are looking for a great experience from the time you open the door to the time you leave the chair this is the place to go.

I have had dental phobia for a period of time, and I went to Dr. Krochaks office after reading so many great reviews online and visiting the website. Dr. Krochak does not disappoint. He is extremely gentle and patient. He also explains everything as he is doing it. The office staff is extremely pleasant, warm, and welcoming, and I always feel comfortable whenever Im coming in for an appointment. Dr. Krochak is not covered by my insurance, but he works with you, and I dont mind paying for the peace of mind that he offers while I am under his care.

I went to NY Smile Spa in a lot of pain with a severe tooth infection. As someone with an anxiety disorder, I really appreciate a Doctor like Josh Perlman who can put his patients at ease, but more importantly I needed this done right since it was medically necessary. Dr. Perlman treated this with the utmost care. Unlike some dentists who outsource root canals, all of the work was kept in-house and I was feeling better within a day.I went to Dr. Perlman because of a friends recommendation, so I have also seen the results of his cosmetic work, which is nothing short of miraculous.The newly built office is top of the line, and Dr. Perlman is clearly someone who is interested in keeping things top of the line. Hes not one of those dentists thats great for now but in 5 years will be behind the times. He is someone I know I can work with over the next 10...15... 20 years and on.

It took me a while to find a NYC dentist that I felt comfortable with and Ive finally found it with Dr Perlman. The office staff is extremely attentive and friendly and you can be sure to get the best possible treatment from the dental staff too. From routine cleanings to having a wisdom tooth extracted I have had nothing but positive experiences. Highly recommended!

Ive been going here since I moved back to NYC about 7 years ago. BTW, my dad and brother go here too. Always great care, polite, friendly and efficient office staff, Ive never waited more than 5 minutes (and frankly even thats unusual).But a standout experience I had about a year ago - fractured a crown on a baguette. Called them up and was in the chair about an hour later. Dr. Krochak was busy with other patients, but Dr. Perlman ended up staying late to do the root canal and make the temp that I needed until the new crown was ready. And hes not even my dentist!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Krochaks for almost ten years - a minor miracle,considering my dental history! Before being treated by Dr. Krochak and hiswonderful staff, I had terrible dental anxiety, and avoided dental visits at allcosts. Dr. Perlman has to be the top cosmetic dentist in New York City. Being a 4th year dental student at Columbia University, I was extremely picky when trying to decide where I would go for my own dental care. Dr. Perlman has a very modern office, friendly staff, and a convenient location. Dr. Perlman has a keen eye for detail and will not be satisfied until everything is perfect, he is a real perfectionist. Not to mention his office is fully equipped and at the cutting edge of dental advancements and techniques. Lastly, Dr. Perlman really cares about his patients beyond their dental outcomes, it’s truly like having a hometown dentist. There isn’t a better dentist in New York City.

Dr. Perlman was simply fantastic. He took extreme care and showed sensitivity to my extreme paranoia of being at the dentist. I had a number of long overdue procedures (including filling, root canal, mouth guard), and each and every trip he was super. Along with Dr. Perlman, his entire staff were extremely pleasant and easy to work with.
