Great security staff downstairs. The building is clean and modern. The training area is neat and clean, the bathroom is clean, well maintained and stocked and the building personnel are attentive and professional. A nice visit.๐Ÿค—Thank you.

I am listed to receive Get Food NYC Food Delivery Program and got it ONLY ONE TIME.Thats all. Neot again, ever; that was a ONE TIME thing, although Im supposed to get it every week, I have NOT!Weeks have gone by since then, and no food from the program my social worker enrolled me in has happened, during this pandemic. So, as a formerly tax paying senior, whi is elderly, alone, and in need, I thought it important to lodge my very valid complaint.

Great for senior citizen over 55 who are seeking careers or part employment . As long as your treated fairly.Mr Brown was a nice Coordinator . Did a great job on educating those interested in Taking classes and obtaining a certificate as it applies to Food service in New York City The Director Ms Serrano is a big bully if you have a complaint she will drag 4-5 other staff members in the conference room to intimidate you .for the most part they donโ€™t care about your complaint or bad treatment. But I feel itโ€™s always best to voice your opinion no matter how many people are sitting around the oval interrogation table. And I Did :)

Very helpful indeed, I wish I would have came here years ago. Receptionists are friendly and comical. But the biggest shout out of the day goes to Anna Araujo and Sonya Patterson. They literally saved my moms life with all the information they provided me with. I thank all of you for your time and patience.

Counselor was very knowledgeable and helpful. An important service. Was surprised to hear that she is a volunteer, as this is a government agency and should pay people for this essential job.

I dont know what they are supposed to do.Ive been waiting for a call from them for months regarding senior employment. Lots of talking but no action. Very disappointing after filling out papers and all. What do they really do besides get paid?
