Omg there is so much. Absolute hell. Boarding criminal. These people, first village care then tsi claimed they lost itIt was sent back, i am fighting now to finally get my stimulus check, the second one. Never paid my rent on timeNever showed concern that it was late. I will get late fees reconnection fees disconnect fees all kinds of fees and they I would address it with them and they would have this very arrogant non-caring attitude and it wasnt only one case it wasnt only one facility it was the whole thing on the umbrella of HRA Im now trying to get the mayors office to help me and get my stimulus back but its been 2 weeks I havent heard anything. So the other thing is they would pay my con ed bill for for a short period.but I found out like 3 months into them paying the bill my con ed bill was like 44 0 you know 39 $44 every month so and they never returned the the rest of the money

I am absolutely disgusted with this agency. I have no lease and they had a judge Marshall my sons benefits to pay for the rent. My son is 12 yrs old and needs to have his benefits. They have gone for four months without any explanation as to what they are doing. I have not gotten any help from them. Rude and unprofessional agency. Now the excuse is that their email is down. Smh the state needs to investigate this sneaky people taking advantage of innocent people and their children. I will be going to court to end any more involvement in my life and finances.

If there was a possibility to add negatives I would have. Submitted a referral online - (worthy of a star). Called to follow-up on the referral held on a line to some music, then music stopped no one answered. Taking responsibility, I called again, same results! Useless. I feel sorry for the people who work there, there are no resources for you, no supports. Please find yourself another job! Hey city of NY, you need to to better than this for our vulnerable elderly population!!! SERIOUSLY!!!

I wish I could give them ZERO stars. 2 cases have already been opened and closed on my neighbor who is a hoarder, on antipsychotics, drinks on her antipsychotics, disappears for days at a time, has shown up missing ALL OF HER CLOTHES FROM THE WAIST DOWN, has defecated on our neighbors property and does not bathe. She has now been deemed ineligible for services TWICE! What the hell does it take for someone to be eligible? Useless and worthless agency. *Update* APS did finally come back in January, over week after they were called AGAIN. Unfortunately, they couldnt get into my neighbors apartment because she had died a day or two before they finally decided to show up to check on her. Seriously a waste of funding.

Unfortunately, there is a corrupt system in this office. The people here are insanely disrespectful and sneaky. They go against their mission statement which is to help bring the family together. This agency is in need of a state investigation.

Their office hours are 9-5 Monday - FridayI called today Wednesday 6/1/2016 at 4:35pm and was put on hold and forgotten about I have been on hold for almost 3 hours this is unacceptable it is now 7:25pm and no one has came to the phone not once to say sorry for the long wait or anything I think they put me on hold packed up and went home!!! That is horrible service.
