They ruined my beautiful suede boots. Had asked that the tops of the boots be cleaned. Feet of the boots came back with dark lines across them. I asked for management to call me but no one did.I have used Dr. Shine for the last time.

These guys are the best. They are timely and affordable and do excellent work.

Dr. Shine is expensive for repairs, but the work is amazing. Can take a beat up old shoe or boot, even with torn leather, and make it look like new. Reheels, replacing zippers, salt stains, stripping color and re-coloring - all like magic. The shine people are also terrific and do an excellent job - among the best in the City. You may be able to find cheaper, but you wont find better.

Excellent, quality service. They make my dress shoes shine like new and offer everything necessary for new soles and other repairs.

Dont take your valuable shoes here, its a rubber stamping exercise, a four year old could do a better job with magic marker and tracing paper. my EGs were destroyed, patina stained with streaks of dressing. looking like a time square regular than madison ave.

Seriously this place sucks. I go here often because it is close to where I work but Ive had enough now. The staff behind the counter are rude, the shine they do varies from day to day, and I generally leave this place feeling irritated.
