So far... flawless work. Tackled a really complex issue with my phone and returned it to me working and in like-new condition.Friendly and knowledgeable staff too. Use these guys...theyll keep you tech working.

My phone screen was cracked. I was told it would take 1 week for someone to my come my home from insurance to fix so i decided i would go to this store as it worked with my insurance. I went during my work break and they to told me i need to come back in 2 hours. I asked if they can do it then as i work far away but they said they could not. Fine. They said to come by 1:30. I asked to confirm that it will definitely be ready as i am going during work and they assured me it would be. I cam at 2:30 and was told they just need 10 min to do diagnostics. Needless to say it took 30 min and when they gave me my phone i rushed out to get back to work. When i go to work i realized i was not able to use my phone because it wasnt connecting to any network. They never completed the full diagnostics and called me while i was there to insure the phone was working properly. My husband called them and spoke to a tech who told us to call in the morning and they would arrange for someone to come to our home to fix it. In the morning we called and were told that we would need to come back. I work far away from there and already spent a great deal of my time there yesterday. the phone was not ready at 1:30 like they assured me and further more they rushed the diagnostics and did not confirm my phone was working properly . I can not go to the store as i live in a different borough and work far away. They said only thing i can do it is come back. Poor customer service and quality. Never going back . Now i have to pay another 30 dollars for someone to come to my home to do it as this would be another claim!

Rose was extremely friendly, professional and informative during the entire process. Dropped my Google phone off for a screen repair as my screen wasnt turning on anymore. Technician switched out for a new one and phone is working perfectly. They are very dedicated to good quality repair and I would go here for any repairs in the future.

Everyone who works there is SO nice and explain everything you need to know about what is wrong with the product and how they’ll fix it. The warranty policy is NOT deceptive either and they do their best to give you their best. Would definitely recommend this location!

This place was perfect, I had a 5 year old ps4 that sounded like a plane whenever I played a game. Now it’s super quiet can’t hear anymore airplane, thanks to them my airplane has finally landed. They were super respectful and got it done in a pretty good time, I recommend that people should go here if they need any electronic fixed cause these guys get it done!

The customer service is excellent! Rose is sweet, knowledgeable and professional and was a joy to deal with! Its so rare to have such a great customer service experience these days! The technician replaced the battery in my Samsung Galaxy S8 as promised and ran free diagnostics to make sure there were no other problems (there werent).I even purchased the Asurion Home+ insurance and received an on-the-spot discount on the total repair cost (thanks to the information provided by the cool dude at the front with the arm tattoos- sorry I didnt get his name).I am very happy with the service and my phone is working great now!I highly recommend this business for your electronic repair needs.

My phone was stuck in safe mood. I first went to the Verizon store for help, they inturn suggested I go tohere. I walked in just prior to closing, the 2 guys working in the store were helpful, friendly, and eager to help fix my phone.They did so in under 10 minutes. When I asked how much for the service, they said the cost is a smile. So, I happily left the store, took of my mask, and smiled. Amazing service and such a nice way to end the day.

Explained to me that they failed to fix my phone because the replacement part they inserted turned out to be defective. This might sound like bad luck, but it should never happen - if youre doing a warranty repair you should be using tested/new-from-supplier parts, not whatevers on your bench.This is unprofessional, and a big problem for warranty repairs, because it means now other parts of the phone may well be broken as a result of inserting a faulty part.So essentially, they have taken the phone and potentially broken more parts of it.The person behind the counter was very nice, but ultimately not helpful.

Brought my phone in at 6pm on a Thursday (for a 7pm appointment) with a known issue on Googles extended warranty list. Despite the early arrival and late time of day, these folks turned the repair around in an hour and change... Happily returning home, writing this review on my repaired phone on the train.

I had previously visited a different ubreakifix location and had an unpleasant interaction which made me feel uncomfortable with handing over my phone.I decided to give this franchise a second chance by trying this location instead and I made the right decision by doing so. I didnt catch any names but the male worker with tattoos was very patient and knowledgeable while explaining my options. I felt much more confident and comfortable with their services. The process was easy and smooth, I got my phone screen repaired by the tech Faiq after an hour. If you have to pick a spot to get your phone fixed, pick this place. Professional and convenient plus good attitude!

Cracked my screen during a walk with the pup and it’s been on the to do list for a few weeks now among many other things.Hands down - the fast and most stress free screen replacement experience I’ve ever had.I got a call in the am to schedule an appointment for me to come in to get the repair done and I was in and out in under and hour. Actually it was a little under 30 minutes to be exact.Can’t promise you the same thing, but I can tell you that ED will take great care of you.

Only great things to say about this place. My companys external hard drive (unfortunately the only place their image library was backed up) stopped working and I needed it fixed same day in time for an important Monday morning presentation. I took it here Sunday morning and they had everything transferred over to a new one by the end of the day for an extremely reasonable price. They literally stayed open late just to make sure I could get it by the end of the day. Staff was so helpful and sympathetic to my situation. This was the 4th place I took it to and every other estimate I got was 4x the price and days longer. Highly recommend.

I dropped off my galaxy buds and they were fixed very quickly but I was able to pick them up whenever I was ready which is great for someone with a busy schedule. Theyre very professional, friendly, and responsive and I will definitely go back should I need to get anything repaired.

These guys are freaking awesome. I had to bring in my mac for a diagnosis. They did it for free and it turned out my monitor had issues. I bought an external monitor since I needed to work, came back to the store and they were really gracious to help me get it set up as I was having issues with hdmi connection. They did come through big time for me.

Guys here are very helpful and they did great job(one hour for screen repair). For now everything looks good, we will see in future. I did claim through Asurion.

Staff was friendly, however despite my google pixel being under warranty, having a ticket with google showing that,, a google chat with support saying under warranty, they said sorry we do not see in our system it is under warranty, and wanted to charge to repair. Even with the manager reviewing it.They were apologetic...Had to go a different place, and BAM warranty and fixed.
