Speedy repair, took the technician 45 mins to replace my broken screen. The store had to ship in my part and it took longer than expected to arrive, then I had to wait 2 extra days for the technician to come in, but the technician was very nice and so was the store clerk. They gave me a half-off discount on a case and included a screen protector on the house because of the inconveniences. :)

I got my phone fixed here and they fixed it quickly while providing great customer service.

Would give them 0 stars if I could! Absolutely criminal behavior- charged 140 dollars for a job they never completed and the outright refused to refund me! Buyer beware!

Terrible place. They robbed $100 off me and keep lying about refunding me. I highly suggest they give it back. Tommy Haque is the one responsible for these lies and robberies. Keep playing games with the wrong customers because I can guarentee he wont receive the same outcome every time.

Nice staff! But they could be more honest. They sold me an iPhone (box included), but the headphones and charging cables in box were Apple knock offs with poor quality. This means I had to go to Best Buy to purchase real Apple headphones and a charging cable!

I went in for a battery repair, and we found out the battery was leaking which ruined the screen. I went into a panic because I had a flight next day at 6 pm. This was no problem; a replacement screen was ordered and delivered the next day. Everything was fixed in time before I had to leave for JFK. Excellent service highly recommend!

Awful quality phone screen made it impossible to text, color was off and I couldnt access my camera from lock screen. With no damage to the phone, the screen fell off! Next group I brought it to said the last technician left glue in the phone. Lousy Lousy experience.
