Absolutely never again.I rented an apartment in June 2020 at 95 Wall (also horrible, dont do it) from a broker at Platinum despite my intuition telling me it would not be a good fit. Fast forward nine months and the apartment and building were so awful I hired a broker to find a replacement tenant so I could legally break my lease.Mistakenly, I hired the same broker and brokerage who ultimately rented me the apartment back in June, as I found the broker eager to please and knowledgeable of the neighborhood. Unprofessional, lack of clear communication, did not want to update me with every little thing as the process went on otherwise it would be an emotional roller coaster. Such bs.You need to tell the client whats going on especially when they are paying you to make some phone calls and do a few walkthroughs. I hired you, so if I need updates every other day, particularly in a very tight time frame with a lot of stress, you provide them, period.Management is incredibly condescending and gives you the Im sorry YOU feel that way thing. Management was combative at every turn, even when I provided photos of emails and text exchanges showing how unsatisfied I was--even after moving out. What ever happened to the client comes first?I received an invoice for the brokers fee before I had even received a copy of the lease transfer! I had to chase the broker down for that as well.Never again. There are other brokerages in New York that actually are concerned with the quality of service being provided.. and that speaks volumes considering its Manhattan and most are sub-par.

I cant say enough about how wonderful my experience with Jolanta was during my search. She listened to my requirements, lined up a number of showings, and will give you her honest opinion. Shes not easily offended if something doesnt work but quick to find the right option. I would recommend her.

Working with Andrew Vollo has made the whole process of finding a studio very easy! I didnt have much time until my lease was over, but he was able to find multiple listings in multiple buildings that fit most of my criteria within the first few days. He is always quick with his responses and very passionate in finding the right home for his clients. I ended up with a studio that fit all of my criteria and I cant thank him enough for all his hard work! He even called to make sure that there werent any problems with my place after I moved in. I definitely recommend Andrew!

If i were able to give it no stars i would. This company is very unprofessional and are just seeking for free money from people that actually need to find a good place to live. Alex Antigua is the realtor and hes obviously just in it for free money.

The best of the best, Omar Khan helped me move in within 2 days of our appointment. I did not have to pay him a broker fee for my new apartment either. Kindness and Professionalism can only be found in this office. Other brokerages should be looking at them as an example of what a brokerage should be.

Platinum gives NY brokers a bad name. Read the contract incredibly thoroughly. You might be led to believe something that’s incorrect or changed in the fine print of the contract. Proceed with caution.

My roommate and I wanted to view apartments in the FiDi area for a 1 bedroom flex to 2. We called a listing that led us to Platinum Properties. We double checked with the broker we spoke with that there would be no fee on the apartment we ultimately decided on, and the man ensured us there wouldnt be. Great!Fast forward to actually meeting at their 30 Wall St office. We sit down with the broker in the Platinum Properties office and he puts on the normal broker apartment hunt spiel. He then tries to get us to sign forms that would lock us in to paying Platinum Properties 15% of the rent even if we ended up going through another brokerage agency. We walked out right then and there. I get if you charge a brokers fee on an apartment, thats normal some places. But we specifically asked for this info and they said theres not fee.Be wary of signing forms before viewing listings! Do not sign anything until you are ready to sign a lease! There are definitely other agencies that cover FiDi that will not charge you this fee.

Me and my roommates are blessed to have found Jesse Klein. After working with multiple firms in the financial district we stummbeled upon Platinum Properties and could not have been happier! Jesse helped us through the whole process from A-Z and was around for any questions at any time. Many of the other firms we went to in the FiDi area just wanted our money, but Platinum was different. They wanted a friendship and not just a business transaction. We completed the entire process in less than 1 week and are even planning to move on to bigger and better apartments in a few weeks. I really appreciate all Jesse did and could not be happier with the help! Thanks again Platinum and the whole team!

Natallia at Platinum Properties is amazing!! She was very thoughtful and kept my priorities in mind when showing me apartments. While we were viewing apartments she would ask what I liked/didnt like and kept that in mind and amended her viewing list accordingly.Shes very fast and has deep knowledge of FiDi and within 4hrs we viewed 10+ units and had found a winner. Im so grateful I found Natallia, she took away all the stress of apt hunting and Im so happy in my new home!! I highly recommend Natallia and would work with her again in a heartbeat!!
