Pablo Garcia was absolutely phenomenal in assisting my husband and I to move out. He was very professional, responsive, warm, and patient with us during this very nerve wracking process. My husband and I found our dream NYC apartment and loved it so much we wanted to apply immediately without even seeing it in person. The videos and pictures Pablo took of our apartment were very accurate and when we showed up to sign the lease (and view the apartment for the first time in person) we were NOT disappointed. This was a very pleasurable renting experience and if you are dealing with this company I enthusiastically recommend working with Pablo.

Pablo made finding an apartment way easier then we could have expected. Pablo was straight forward and honest from the beginning. I was a week away from the end of my lease, and at the end of my rope when I rehired Pablo.Pablo had gotten me my previous apartment, which I loved but now had to move.I soon discovered that Pablo owns the neighborhood; he has more exclusive buildings than any other agent I worked with prior to him (and I worked with many!), everyone knows him, and he would always have a listing ready to show. Within 4 days he got me a gorgeous apartment. On top of it all, he only charged me 1 rent fee, as opposed to the ludicrous 15% usual Manhattan rate.Hire him now and be at peace!

I worked with Karla and within two and a half weeks she got me a spacious studio around the corner from the train. She was very honest and upfront. My budget was $1000/mo because of my salary and also I was looking during September, my opinion the worst time because of college students. She only had a few options but this one worked well. Ive been here for almost a year. What I appreciated most was how they really work For you. I looked for apartments in Brooklyn and the snagged $200 from me for a bogus application fee. I wasnt aware the difference in online banking stubs verses actual job pay stubs (young and naive) but Karla called to tell me on was on the verge of losing this apartment if I didnt forward the proper paperwork. Ever her Partner Pablo, super kind, reached out to me to pull through.y advice is to understand this is NY and rules are different and time is money. I appreciate PMG.

Pablo is a great broker. I was having a hard time finding a place to live. I had encountered many other brokers who were hard to deal with. Pablo took the time to find out what my needs were and he only showed apartments that I wanted to see. I found a great apartment and love my place. I would recommend PMG to anyone!!!

No rentals for true prices way over priced

Baaaaad!! I got pushed into the worst building and neighborhood ever, dirty, noise, super with attitude, 7 times no hot water in 4 months, mice, no elevator for over two months, and all of that even though I made very clear what I was looking for the owner together with his co-worker Anni, somehow convinced me to rent this apt. I was there to pick up my deposit and walk away, but........! It has been hell. 2 of my neighbors are also moving out because of intimidation and problems with the building. Ah when I asked foir rent adjustment due to no elevator, the owner of PMG insulted me in every way stating that all I wanted is to not pay the rent, no that I had the lease, just because my credit rating was low. Beware of him, the agency and everyone working in it, the worst!! just to get a month fee, very sad!!
