Horrible company. Don’t have business with them. We were waiting for a security deposit for half a year

Chae at GPS REALTY was incredibly kind, professional, helpful & amazing to work with. I am a busy professional and he was extremely flexible and communicative throughout the whole apartment hunting process. He made sure to find me an amazing apartment and I would recommend Chae and the GPS team to anyone who is looking for a place in NYC. Could not be happier with the apartment! The apartment was clean & polished when we took possession and they totally take care of the buildings they have on the UWS.

Just awful, unprofessional, rude and overall horrible experience. We rented an apartment from this company last year, many many rats, leaks etc. They NEVER come to the apartment to fix anything. The roof of the building must have holes all over, we are on the top floor and constantly get poured on. The rain storms in our apartment have cost hundreds of dollars, the rats are happy, we are not Cant wait to leave this piece of garbage. Chae was wonderful when we rented from him, the management/owner is disgusting BE AWARE STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Chae is a great broker and my time spent living in the building was a good experience. Upon leaving I originally encounters some hurdles, however Steven Oved was a tremendous help in providing a resolution. Im thankful for his consistent communication, honesty and timeliness in taking care of the situation during our current global pandemic.

Accommodation and Solution Oriented Team Approach. Thanks to Eric and the maintenance crew for going above and beyond and making renovations worth the wait. Jack is the best agent and point of contact who prides himself on working for the tenant and giving them a top 10 experience. I wish I could give 10 stars. I highly recommend GPS Realty so you can be blessed like I have been. Making my transition from Los Angeles, California to Manhattan NYC, I feel like I am official home.

My daughter is young and new to the city. This company took advantage of she and her roommate’s inexperience with brokers and realtors in New York City. Within hours of “seeing “ first apt they withdrew $1030.00 on her debit card for what they termed “good faith” holding. They are deceitful and and very unprofessional. They were rude and accusatory when trying to settle this incident. I would strongly recommend to stay clear of this company, GPS REALTY, when looking for an apt in New York City.

Its been more than a month since we moved out, still waiting for the security deposit. They were a really good management while we were living there, but have been ignoring us since we moved out. Really disappointed by that.

Dealing with a a shady building manger. I mailed my December Rent check, saw that it had not been deposited by December 9th. I emailed Eric Goldstein at GPS Realty who said he never received the check. So, I mailed another Check on the 9th. Come December 14th, the check still has not been deposited. So, I email Mr. Goldstein again. He Said he never received that check either. So, I said I would send him a registered letter with a check on Saturday Morning.When I look at my checking account Saturday morning Mr. Goldstein deposited both checks and now, I’m over drawn on my checking account. He Lied and harassed me with threats of late fees. Even though he had my rent. Saturday Morning When I emailed asking about depositing BOTH rent checks, Mr. Goldstein via email said quote “I can’t believe I’ve been exposed”. very unprofessional. Avoid doing business with these with Eric Goldstein and GPS Realty, He lies and is a thief!

One start because there is no 0. This company is made out of a bunch of rude, unprofessional crooks. They have a bunch of companies that call themselves (DER Realty, GPS Realty, JS Carriage, and some more I cannot recall right now. Unfortunately, I was living in an apartment these guys purchased and they have been my landlord for about one year. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!! they are never to be found when there is an issue. Last winter I had no heat for well over two weeks when it was below 20 degrees outside and nobody cared. They lied pretending they have contractors come and the only person who came out was their own Chinese contractor who kept telling me in his broken English that he doesnt know how to fix that type of heater. I found out about their lies after taking them to court and after I received documentation from ConEd and the contractors that they were never contacted.They only care about profit and nothing else, which would be OK if they had some decent business practice. Their records are horrible and they sometimes harrass tenants. I kept getting calls that I have not paid my rent, even though my check was cashed because they cant keep track of their accounting. They tried to collect late fees from me for no reason. I would NEVER work with people like them. I have not met one single decent, professional person working for this company.

Horrible company. Would never rent from one of their buildings again. They lie, they cheat, they charge you for late fees that didnt occur, etc

They lie and cheat and harrast with late fee, and gave me paper that I owned them 1200$!! When I always paid my rent 2-5days earlier!
