This was my first experience renting an apartment in the city. I worked with Nicole and Georges on a deal for a condo and had a positive experience with this company. From the start, they took time to explain their model, the services provided and recommendations on the entire process for someone new to it. I found my own condo on Streeteasy and basically had Nicole help with the rest of the closing process. They followed up with all my requests promptly whether it was with the sellers broker, my lawyer, or mortgage agent. I appreciated their diligence and when the deal closed, I received my check on the spot. For those looking to work with Nestapple, I would ask yourself first what type of service you like and how you want to go about it. There is some self service needed with this process like finding your own place but you get to have Nestapple help with bidding. But all in all, great team and would definitely work with them again in the future.

We like to do our own research on StreetEasy and going to open houses on our own free time without any pressure from brokers. Found Nestapple by accident and after reading up about the company, we felt this is a great idea. The biggest question for us was “can this company be trusted with 2/3 return”? Is it too good to be true? Well, Nicole put her picture infront of Facebook and other places. If Anyone is trying to do something illegal, who in their right mind would put their face infront of all the marketing materials. Having Nicole to negotiate for us is also a big bonus since she’ll interact with seller’s agent and get back to us. This way, we have time to prepare for response and next step. I stumbled on this concept with my wife back in may - this just makes sense with their cash back mechanism they got us 14,000$ back.
