As someone who is moving from Chicago, she went above and beyond to explain feel of different neighborhoods and explain which ones would be likely to fit my needs. Upon arriving to NYC to tour apartments, she showed up with a plan of attack to view 10 apartment buildings, was very knowledgeable about the benefits of each building, and was very professional on each tour.Once moving to the application process, Claudia was very knowledgeable about the approval process and gave me realistic expectations of whether I would be approved or not which ultimately I was.I will definitely keep Claudia in mind for future moves in NYC.
