We worked with Brandon and Mallory to sell our home and purchase a new one all during the pandemic. On the sale side they were well prepared and did the due diligence to price our home spot on at the max the market would bear. We were confident in the thoroughness of their analysis and their knowledge of the market. We did not question the pricing recommendation. To prepare the property for listing they brought in a highly skilled photographer and recorded a video. They personally spent time reviewing all the photos and the video to ensure only the best shots/frames were used and we spent the better part of a week wordsmithing the details of the listing with them directly involved. When the listing was brought to market it was featured in multiple real estate newsletters (extra work on their part to market) in addition to the standard listing services. During negotiations with very opportunistic buyers and their brokers they were firm and got the deal done close enough to asking that everyone was very happy. We had an accepted offer within 3 weeks of listing and a smooth close. It was clear from the onset that this team is very experienced in the NY market and has a strong network of experts, which they know how to use, to provide sellers with the best that their agency has to offer. They were agile in how they adapted their process to the COVID market. Throughout the process were treated as though we were their only customers even though we knew they were handling multiple sales simultaneously along with trying to find homes for prospective buyers. They were always quick to respond to texts and phone calls and never unavailable. On the purchase side we dealt with a highly competitive bidding war but they helped us navigate it and we are very happy with our new home with no regrets at all. Based on this experience we would highly recommend them especially if you are looking for a different and personalized experience.
