USE THIS COMPANY! They came in and live removed a mouse behind my fridge, laid down traps and sealed up holes I didnt even know I had! Super affordable and they came same day within 90 mins! They will be my go to from now on.

Minding my own business at 11:45pm and a mouse walks past. Called VJ, he was over in 90 minutes. Went through my place, filled holes, put out poison and traps. He was really thorough. We never saw the mouse but there were at least 2 holes it may have retreated back into. I hope it doesnt reappear, but if it does I have permission to call him back to inspect some more. I cant believe he made such a late visit. Im really grateful. Ill sleep more easily. Thank you!!

They are so good, they did the great job,they charge very reasonable. They came all the from Manhattan to Nassau county longisland . the job was to remove racoon mother and her 3 babies, they spent 5 hours and didnot charge any extra money and they never ask up front any money either as other companies demands up front. I will referred and give 5 STARS . And will hire in future.

The exterminator by the name of VJ always comes to inspect my home because I was having a problem with rats and roaches. I would not recommend VJ as an exterminator, I called him because I had mice in the apt, VJ came checked the apt and said that were no holes, put traps and said that the mice will be caught and that they have no way out. The next morning I found a mouse crawling on my stove. I texted VJ a video with the mouse he replied that he would come “whenever he has time” of course he never showed up. He charged 225 dollars just to put traps in the apt and found no holes, the next day I called a different exterminator and he found 3 holes behind the stove and covered them up, I think if VJ was as professional as his reviews say he would have found the holes as well and would have covered it up, and what I hate the most that he promised that he would show up immediately if I see mice again, and he didn’t, that’s just unprofessional, do yourself a favor and do not waste your money.

Virgilio, he is punctual and very professional. Very tidy, cleans every area after inspection and treatment. Explained in detail the type of treatment and showed me entry points for pests. Superior service compared to other exterminators. Very helpful in moving furniture and appliances and putting things back just as found.

Right on time, killed every bedbug in my apt. No Chemicals used and I didn’t have to live my apt.Happy they used a heat treatment. I highly recommend them if you find bedbugs in your apt.

Never thought I would need an exterminator till we started dealing with used clothing. VJ came out and gave us a full explanation of what we had going on and now we are on our 3rd month of monthly check ups. We don’t see not one roach and couldn’t be happier with the experience.
