I originally started coming here in 2018 with a Groupon for laser hair removal. Over the years I’ve had a couple sessions in other places, but this is definitely my favorite. It’s super clean, they respond to requests in a really timely manner, and everyone is so nice. The services start on time and are pretty quick. Even though I no longer live/work nearby, I am happy to make the trek uptown to continue being a client here.

Great selection of laser hair treatments at very competitive prices. Consultations were very easy and informative. Very friendly and professional environment. Would highly recommend for anyone not sure if they should do laser or not for the information they have and for anybody looking for well priced packages for their needs.

First of all, I called New You Laser no less than a dozen times before my first appointment. My calls were always promptly returned (I called in the middle of COVID), all my questions answered including the ones I had already asked but forgot the answer to.New You Laser was able to get me and my two family members in for appointments around the same time, which was great since we were coming from two (2) hours away.Parking was a breeze with the garage being about 30 feet from the front door. The price was reasonable for being New York.The building had a secured entry and the office was extremely clean. I did not even see a speck of dust.My tech was wonderful. I am withholding her name only because I need her to be available for my appointments.I did not experience any pain with the procedure. It felt like a cool breeze then you heard a click and the tech was moving the wand to the next spot. I had the full body removal and did not experience any redness.I am looking forward to the rest of my sessions in the package I purchased.

Love this place! Was recommended to come here and every time its been great, clean and everyone is super friendly. My technician was mostly Anna who is awesome.

I just love New You Laser! Its always such a pleasure coming here, they greet you with the warmest smile and are super accommodating and understanding. Ive had 2 different technicians for my treatments and am very happy with them. They explain everything and will answer all your questions. I truly feel very comfortable and am getting amazing results which is the most important!! :)

Wonderful laser center. Treatment rooms are clean and very comfortable. I couldnt be more pleased with my experience with New You Laser. Very knowledgeable technicians, they are dedicated professionals who take time to explain the process and makes sure that the client understands every step. They are absolute best. Best service and best package deals. I will definitely recommend family and friends to New You Laser.

I have to say I love this spa and would highly recommend it. The staff are so friendly. The technician said she was using the newest machine. It has a really good cooling system which makes the treatment less painful. And their prices are great! Be aware of the strict no-show policy ($75 fee). Its not as fancy and modern of a spa as other ones Ive gone to, but I think its great value for the price and service!

What a great experience at New You Laser! I just finished and i am loving my results, can not wait until the summer to show it off :) I havent had to shave at all and my skin looks amazing. The whole experience has been awesome. Very nice staff and very knowledgeable! :)

Boy was I nervous at first! My gf goes there and shes been recommending to try laser hair removal for a while so i finally did and so SO glad that I did. Results are great, not so painful, their machine is the best and works great for dark skin. Costumer service is always ON POINT, they are super flexible with me. Effective laser & lovely beauticians but very strict on their booking policy. A helicopter crashed into my workplace so i informed them a day prior to my appointment that I might be late and was unsure if I was going to be able to make the appointment at all. They were not at all understanding and cancelled my appointment that I had booked 6 weeks in advance.

This is best laser place in New York city! Ive been to many places before but New York Laser is my favourite. Friendly staff, appointments always in time, they send reminder emails for appointments and always try to work with thier clients. And most importantly i have an Amazing results!!! Highly recommend this place.

Ive been going to New You for a few years now. And is the reason why my skin looks better than it has in years. I have recommended facials and laser here to my friends and will continue to do so. Professional, clean and good value for your money.

I never leave reviews but this time I had to because, after 30 different laser hair removal sessions, I finally found the perfect place. To begin with, the front desk lady is super friendly but the technician Aysel is extraordinary. She does it like no one else. I got a full body laser package and she took her time to make sure every part of my body received the proper treatment, unlike other technicians who rush through the process which makes it so much less effective. I dont know about their other technicians but Aysel is now my favorite. The place is also very clean and they have light refreshments while you wait.

I normally dont like to write negative reviews but Ill make an exception for this place.My friend referred that place to me, however when I tried to make an appointment (for full body 6 sessions) I didnt get any response to my email.I already find another place with more organized customer service.* I just want to give updates - They did reply to me once but when I texted them for the booking details(time and date) I didnt recive any answer. I send them screenshots as well but they ignored it.

I had my six treatments on full body I am so happy with the staff and my results. I had very bad experience in different places before, Until i found out about New You Laser, I felt comfortable after first treatment. Thank you for your honesty and good service. Xenal is a great technician however, the person who runs this place is disgusting and doesn’t have any customer service skills. month ago my monther got into a hospital due to sickness and I called and asked if I could reschedule due to the reason mentioned above. She told me that if I didnt show up I would lose the whole session. The second time, aperently I had an apointment which I usually receive email notifications for. This time i did not recieve an email, as such, I was a no show and she deducted another full session off of my package. I told her I can show that I didnt receive any emails but she didnt care. So I advice u to think before you sign up with this salon cause the owner who runs the show is sensless and has zero customer service standards!

Ive been going to New You laser for a few months for my acne and hair removal and I have to say after only 3 treatments I can see tremendous results . Staff is absoulutly amazing, friendly and professional . I would totally recommend this place to everyone !

Bought a Groupon for 6 sessions of laser hair removal. The experience itself was ok, although I have gotten laser at other places/salons and this one was by far the most painful.The salon itself is clean but very small and cramped. The rooms are tiny as is the waiting area.They offered additional packages for purchase, but I didnt feel the need to buy one as I really did find this procedure to be more painful than other places Ive tried. However, I definitely saw a reduction in the hairs on my legs, although I do think itll need a touch up soon.Scheduling an appointment was always easy, which was great because my schedule changes week to week, so I needed a space that would be accommodating of that and could allow me to book appointments the week that I needed to come in as opposed to 6 weeks away!Xenal was the last person who treated me and she was extremely friendly and asked all the right questions, as well as answering mine. She was also efficient, which was great.

Had a wonderful experience at New You. I have been to Satori before and while i was happy with them and my results, New you laser beat their price. They used one of the same Candela machine model that worked fantastically on me. I am Mexican american and I have medium fair skin with dark brown hairs. I just finished my 6th session on my lower leg and my legs are smooth and hairless. Its too soon to tell if i will need additional sessions for the same ares, will try to report back in a few months. Its a small office (in a residential building?) but im OK with that. I went to New You for their machine and price. They are sticklers for the 24 hr cancellation policy so be sure to reschedule if you even think you might miss the appointment.

Had the worst experience here. Had 6 sessions done for my underarms and was told that the results would be from 75%-90% and would might just need annually touch ups. The thing is its only been 3 months and 100% of the underarm hair grew back and when I called and spoke to the manager she tried to tell me its my fault and to purchase 3 more sessions. Honestly they just took my money and did not respond to my dissatisfaction at all.

I had six sessions And I never had black hair in my leg or arm my neck too and it grows faster and thicker the manger tells me its in my hormones yet I had a test result for hormonrs and I was completely healthy nothing that has to do with hair growing on my neck and now the hair is black which is practically impossible because I have blond hair

The room is so small .Customer service is nasty and mean,you will never want return again !
