Hannah was great! I had never gotten laser hair removal treatment before and I didn’t know what to expect but the entire team here was very friendly and patient with all the questions I had. I have very sensitive skin and I felt like that was taken into account, Hannah asked throughout the treatment if I needed breaks and sometimes I did and she didn’t rush at all to get back to work. In the end I think I’m too much of a baby for laser treatment but I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to try it out!

Ive been coming to New York Laser Loft for about a year now. I started with laser on a smaller area, and was so happy with my results and the service that I signed on for a larger area. Im super happy with the results of that also! Their laser hair removal machine is super effective - Ive tried others in the past. Service is wonderful also and sometimes they have special deals. Overall I highly recommend!!!

Absolutely amazing!! My hair is on the lighter side so didnt know if it would work. Hannah and Shannon were both honest with me and asked if I would like to do a test patch first. Results were great, and not too painful. Hannah was attentive, place was comfortable and I will definitely be going back! Best place for the beauty needs! The eye lash lift&tint lasts so long and Hannah does a great job at making sure each lash is nice and wispy yo really make them extra voluminous and full! Don’t get my started on the laser removal! I decided to do my bikini line before vacation and couldn’t be more happy with the results! And I’ve only gone once(more to come) so far but still saw such a huge difference and has made my life easier! Shannon and Hannah are also so chill and easy to talk to, makes the whole experience better and more comfortable

What an amazing experience!! Hannah had me chillin while tasering away pesky unwanted hair. Never felt more comfortable getting such an uncomfortable treatment!! I received services for a full year and I feel now I can review. I absolutely loved the service and hospitality I received from Shannon & Hannah. Not only did they make me feel super comfortable every time they had a sense of personability that you dont receive in most places. You must keep up with it every 6 weeks and do touch up appts every 3 months after. Im not one for pain as I cannot even handle a brazilian wax but with laser it was definitely worth it. I thank you ladies for giving me such a great experience!

I am OBSESSED with Hannah and Shannon at New York Laser Loft. This amazing sister duo took such great care of me the 6 months leading up to my wedding day and I am so grateful to have found them. I had pretty significant acne scarring on my back and between ~6 laser genesis treatments alternating with a few chemical peels in between, my back has never looked better and I felt so great in my backless wedding dress and overall during the summer in my bikinis and dresses! They also suggested I do a dermaplanning facial the week of my wedding and I am HOOKED. My skin has never glowed this way and it has that flawless instagram filter every girl is searching for. Hannah is a pro, shes knowledgeable, gentle, and just overall extremely sweet. I cant wait to come back and try the Yumi Lash treatment for my honeymoon! I cant recommend them enough!

Ive been getting Laser Hair Removal with Hannah for a couple of years now. You have no idea how much her treatments changed the outcome! The hair seriously disappears. Both Shannon and Hannah are great to work with and the office is so nice to visit. Ive had 7-8 different body areas done and all have been a success: arms, legs, upper lip, underarms, brazilian, etc. I have 4-5 friends who also go to Hannah. She is super professional and also very personable at the same time. Ive been to a few laser places in the city and have never had any success until I started seeing Hannah!In short: GET IT DONE! And stop worrying about shaving all of the time! ;o)

I highly suggest getting lasered at The New York Laser loft!!! Ive been lasered at other laser locations before and this by far tops them all. A very clean environment, great location, easy to find and wonderful staff! The laser machine was the least painful I have ever experienced. It has a cooling tool so right before the laser actually zaps the air it cools the area first and makes it so you dont even feel it! For sure will be going back for a package!
