I visited Alvina needing a few places lasered. Ive been to two other laser locations prior to this, and Alvina stood out to me. She took special care to fit the treatment to the needs of my skin type and made sure that I was never in pain. She painstakingly went point by point to ensure that the full area was covered. The office and room were also very clean, and I was never once uncomfortable being there. I have never been treated so well during a laser surgery appointment! Alvina has my full recommendation, and I will be back for more appointments.

Alvina was the best most experienced esthetician I have came across. She was the sweetest, well educated and her prices was amazing! She made me feel very comfortable and explained everything in details. I went in for a Vi peel and I would be visiting her again for my laser sessions. Alvina is wonderful!

From the first day I met Alvina I knew I was in the right place. The good vibe she has is out of this world. I just love her she’s so caring and honest. The first thing that interested me was the spots caused by acne and with just one section of VI peel precision plus all the scar disappeared. She also did microdermabrasion for free and my complexion is so beautiful. One of the best experiences. I am very happy with my result.

I booked laser treatment and when I arrived for the appointment there was only a consultation. Alvina tried to sell me a package deal for different treatment, suggesting to start with chemical peel although the treatment I booked was laser. She got extremely condescending when I told her I have an appointment with my dermatologist soon and want to consult with her first. Quote: “then go and have your dermatologist treat you, not us” is what she said when I declined to purchase the “package deal” she was trying to sell me on the spot. She proceeded to ask me for how long my dermatologist has treated me, indirectly suggesting that my dermatologist treatment has not been effective. She also claimed they are dermatology clinic as well - but I haven’t seen any other professional title other than laser specialist for her. Oh, she also called me “sweetie” multiple times - imagine if my dermatologist called me “sweetie”. Other customers say that she has a good equipment which I believe - but her attitude was so unprofessional that I’ll never come back for any treatment here. What a waste of time.

I absolutely love Alvina! I have been going to her since I hit puberty at 15 and she has helped me dramatically with my acne and by proxy, my confidence! She told me to get a dermatologist and let me know what can and cannot be done to my skin while using certain medications and topical creams/gels and she reminds me at every visit religiously. Her main concern is not making anyone’s skin worse, only better.I’m 24 now, my acne is gone and now i only suffer from hyperpigmentation. I get laser genesis treatments once every 6 weeks which has helped dramatically. I have feel more comfortable than ever going out without any makeup. I visited there couple of months back for sculpsure treatment. Alvina was amazing at explaining all the details and understood all my hesitance. The treatment was a little painful, but Alvina made sure that I was comfortable and helped me through the process (even worked around my work schedule). After 2 months of the treatment, I can see significant differences and I feel much more confident about myself. I will definitely go second time soon.

The Esthetician was extremely rude on the phone when I called to try to schedule and appointment after making a purchase on Groupon. I hung up and asked Groupon for my money back. She was extremely unprofessional and I wouldn’t trust her with my skin.
