Great experience. The only difficult part of the experience was finding them as their shop is very small and their entrance is easily missed. They are a full-service locksmith company and Id work with them next time I need new secure locks and related hardware.

Ask locksmith have been in the neighborhoods for as long as I live in hells kitchen and can make any key you need for apts,locks etc. Very reasonable prices.

I needed a high security cylinder, and these guys were excellent! I spoke to them twice to ask questions, and they were pleasant and helpful. Once I placed the order, it shipped out the same day. New cylinder is installed and working great. Thank you!

Quick on the spot but didnt fix it right the 1st time. The next time they got it done again in a timely fashion without charge. The 3rd time they charged for a new nob, but it held.

Didn’t have a variety of blank key options (colors or design to distinguish similar keys) but they did the job quick.I got an ilco key duplicated for around $6.I would recommend to call ahead to make sure the store is open.

Jammed and locked office door. The guy that came had it open in less than 10 seconds after walking into the office and put in a simple fix to keep it from ever happening again within 2 minutes more. Polite and extremely competent. Also reasonably priced and showed up within 30 minutes of the call.

Ordered a few Mul-T-Lock MT5+ keys. Turn around time was good. It took less than a week from the time that I placed the order, sent the duplication card in, and got the cut keys back. Unfortunately, their key cutting machine just happened to be out of adjustments and two of the three keys didnt work right. I called them, and they were quick to make things right. They sent me a shipping label to send my duplication card in and cut the replacement keys quickly. Mistakes happen, but its always more telling how a business deals with mistakes.

Needed a replacement marks Usa 22Ac security lock for my grandmothers storm door. Found what i needed on the website and ordered. The product came a day early and it was the correct product! No complaints here my grandmother is a happy camper.

I called last Friday, early afternoon, to have our broken Entrance door knob replaced. On a holiday weekend this Company came to us before the end of the day and took care of it. EXCELLENT customer service.

I needed to replace a Marks Mortise lock body and couldnt find a replacement anywhere. ASK Locksmith was very helpful in figuring out exactly what I needed via back and forth emails and shipped my replacement to NH. I would recommend them to others.

The service is not only great, but the ideas to solve problems are very inventive. For example, Gabrielle saved that building thousands of dollars by propping up a freight elevator door, and applying file work, instead of digging concrete and replacing a doorsash. Angel can be timed with a stopwatch in removing broken keys.
