Amazing custom engagement ring created using design points that we wanted along with Harmeets eye for exquisite design. This was my first time working with a local shop to buy a piece of jewelry and it was a very smooth experience. Really upset with the service. Went to get a necklace chain fixed, then came home and it broke immediately. I had already attached the pendant back to the chain but now I don’t have the pendant anymore and don’t know where it is because the chain broke. Don’t recommend this place. Save yourself the time & energy, go somewhere else. Beyond upset & disappointed.

Beautiful custom piece at a reasonable price! I came with a custom request and a reference photo, they showed me many similar options in their supplier catalogues, I selected one, and they made modifications to perfectly match my request. The great service throughout was a bonus.

I came in to get my watches wristband switched out and the owner worked carefully and efficiently to ensure that the job was done correctly. They gave a fair price as well, and were very friendly and pleasant. This is a great place for watch repairs.

Gorgeous loose gemstones, expertly designed and crafted custom jewelry, careful and clean repair and modification services, very friendly and courteous with fair and honest prices. I had my wifes wedding band made there, and bought many other pieces as well. We will definitely be going back.

After 11 years, my wife got her engagement ring reset and the staff and craftsmen at Jewel Boutique were excellent. She drew a picture of what she wanted and then they used CAD design and a 3D printer to create a mock-up. As it didnt turn out exactly as my wife wanted, they further refined the design and did it again before making the actual ring. The end result was flawless and just what my wife wanted. Who could ask for anything more?

They reduced a ring by 2 sizes and did a great job. Quality very good, no visible seam.

I first went to the Jewel Boutique to browse for a gemstone ring in a specific type of setting, as I was not finding it at the chain jewelry stores. Seeing the selection of stones available there, I started asking Harmeet questions about them, and luckily it was a quiet night at the shop because we ended up looking over all the different stones for a half an hour. Harmeet is extremely passionate about his work; hes extremely knowledgeable about precious stones and jewelry design. In the end, he custom built the ring setting I was looking for and found just the right size and cut of stone that made the piece complete. Ive also had a set of gemstone studs made, as other jewelers dont have the selection offered here, much less at the price!

I first met Harmeet a year ago at the recommendation of a good friend who raved about him and the Jewel Boutique. I needed a stone reset into my engagement ring, a repair that had been done the incorrectly, the result almost being in the loss of that stone. From the second my husband and I walked in I knew that this time the work would be done more than carefully. Hameet takes the time to explain what needs to be done. He fixed my ring and I no longer worry about my vintage setting. He has a fantastic gem collection and while there I couldn’t take my eyes off the most gorgeous sapphire that I then decided to have set in a ring. Hameet is a designer, an artist, a creative genius. He knows how to work with you to make the most exquisite pieces. I have never been happier with a purchase and have received so many comments on my beautiful ring. I wouldn’t go anywhere else either for repairs or for new jewelry.

After finally getting a stone we had 4 weeks until we left town for our trip that I was proposing on. He was always very responsive to my inquiries and made sure that progress was being made and that I approved any ideas or modifications.Then end result of all our hard work can only be measured in the happiness I see every time I see my fiance look at her ring and the gorgeous ring comments from her friends and co-workers.
