Brought my watch here to get serviced in November 2019. I was a little apprehensive about leaving my watch but I now know it was in great hands. The gentleman behind the counter was very knowledgeable and enthused to work on my watch. I received it back in stellar condition. Serviced, cleaned and polished at fraction of the cost than the actual company would’ve charged. As for the watch..still on time! I highly recommend this shop for your higher end and vintage pieces. Very knowledgeable!

This place is excellent! He took some links out of my watch right in front of me, in and out in under 10 minutes and for $10. Let me know if it was still too big, I could bring it back and he would adjust it. I came back the next day and he did it no problem! Would definitely recommend!

Had an empty watch case that I wanted to turn into a working watch, so I brought another working watch in to see if he could make the switch. He not only made the switch, he saw that the working one I brought in did not keep time well and gave me one that did. Bonus points for helping me punch another 2 holes into the strap since I have very small wrists that can never fit the smallest hole on a standard watch strap. Nice guy, he has a sort of straight-to-the-point personality so it shows hes very thorough in his work. Highly reccomend him.

The best place to replace batteries for your watches! Took less than 20 mins, cheaper than what those people in Chinatown charge, and the batteries last longer! I replaced a battery for my watch about three years ago and is still working fine, and it was turned down by other vendors as they said my watch was simply gone and even getting a new battery won’t help!

Gennady knows watches -- he is my go-to guy whenever I need anything done with a watch. He has replaced and fixed bands, batteries, etc for me quickly, cheaply, and with good-quality materials that last. He got an old watch of my wifes working after we had already given up on it and were about to buy a replacement. I highly recommend his services.

Took my junghans max bill in for a service. He got the watch from +37 spd to less than +/- 1 spd, which is better than a lot of pateks and such. He also managed to replace my watch crystal with a junghans original one, which is not easy to find in the 2 days he finished this job in.

My ring was fixed in a day and polished too! I was happy with the work and the price.

The owner is very knowledgeable, tells you exactly what hes going to do and how much its going to cost, gives detailed resistance test results after every intervention (very meaningful for immersion watches). Prices are more than fair and there are people in NY asking much more who have no idea about what theyre doing.

Came in here to get my watch battery replaced. He took care of me right away. Service was quick. Battery replacement was $13.

Movado wanted to charge me $180 for a battery change and repair. Genady did a fabulous job for $38 and even fixed the scratches. I plan to use him for all my jewelry repair needs. Its nice to know there are still honest, hardworking people out there.

Took my Cartier in for a battery change 15 min before closing on a Friday. Gennadiy did it right then and there for $25 with 1 year warranty (a steal compared to Cartiers list price of $70 and up). He used to work at Tourneau and his Cartier certification is right there on the wall, so I felt my watch was in good hands. (Mechanical snob? I dont work on Wall St anymore and a battery change is a whole lot cheaper than a cleaning!)

Brought in two watches, an oris to have its band resized, the other a victorinox for a battery replacementboth done in half an hour. the victorinox was tested for water resistance after the replacement with results attached to the receipt along with a 1 year warranty (most places just replace the battery without bothering to test the seals). great fast service at a very good price.
