I use this company every time I need to see my doctor and they always deliver. They arrive on time and their service is top notch. Vehicles have the latest equipment and the drivers are trained to be the best in the business. I could not feel safer. I will always use Cathay Express

Highly recommend. We needed someone last minute to take my mother to her doctors appointment. They showed up quickly and their van was new and clean and the driver was very helpful. We would use them again.

Best transportation ever. I called my grandpas insurance company to schedule a transportation pick up for his doctor appointment and I asked them to book with the best company because I wanted him to feel in safe hands. The night before the transportation Cathay Express called to confirm the appointment time. I asked if the driver can call tomorrow before they arrive so I can get my grandpa ready, and they took my phone number down and the next day called before transportation arrival. The driver took my grandpa into the van, I watched over to make sure he was in securely, the driver secured the wheelchair with a belt. After the appointment, my grandpa says the same driver picked him up, was very kind with him, got him in the vehicle, secured him the same way. My grandpa was very satisfied. At his age nearly everything hurts his body, so I was surprised that he didnt say anything about pain. I plan to schedule further appointments with them.

I am grateful for cathay express. They take care of my loved ones and treat them like family. It gives me the peace of mind knowing my loved ones are being well taken care of when Ican;t be there. We used them for almost 1 year and I have no complaints. Communication is excellent and I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Stumbled upon Cathay Express Transport since the first transport company that Brigeview Nursing recommended was already book. Well, that was our lucky day. During this very difficult time that my husband and I are going thru, we have had to use the service of Cathay over the past month. We have never met a company that treats you with so much kindness and respect. They always greet us at the facility with a smile and call us by our names. Dave goes beyond what is considerd customer service. I just want to let others there know that if you are looking for a transportation company for your loved ones you will not be disappointed with the respect and professionalism that you will receive from tihs company.
