Getting my Hair Transplant was one of the greatness experience for me. The staff was great. Dr. Mark Faucher was so wonderful, I enjoyed his personally and his manor of taking care of his patient.I was not sure of the level of pain I was going to experience. I was so surprise by the results and my level of recovery. I am excited about the growth of my hair and the care that I have received. I purchase the cap and I am going to start taking the pills. I look forward to the growth and the continue care from Ziering medical and their staff.

Dr. Z and his entire staff are an amazing group of people. Everyone that works at Ziering medical are extremely professional and caring. Dr. Z is a phenomenal doctor that is a master at his craft. His work provides life changing results. Jenn is also amazing. She is very knowledgeable and helpful at answering any questions or concerns during the pre and post operation process. Honestly, one of the best parts of my hair transplant experience was with Jen, the patient coordinator. She is the main reason that I went back for a second procedure a few months ago (12/11/20). She really takes the time to connect with the patients and listens and is very knowledgeable. She addressed all of my concerns and I knew I was in good hands. She is passionate, engaged, thorough and very informative. Before Ziering Medical, I went for one other consult at another NYC location that was very “pushy” and I felt pressured to make a decision. With Jen, the experience is very straight forward, patient centered and no non-sense. Beyond Jen, Dr. Ziering and Dr. Kinler performed my procedures. They are hands-down the best. I wouldn’t trust anyone for a more natural appearing hair line. My results are phenomenal and I am feeling more confident in my appearance with each day that passes.

This place is absolutely fantastic. It’s very welcoming and clean. The waiting area is more of a lounge area with refreshments while to wait to be seen. They are very informative and give you an idea of what to expect if you go through with the procedure. Once my surgery was over they were extremely attentive to any and all questions i had during the healing process. I would Recommend coming here if you want great results and quality customer service for sure. Doctor Z and Jenn are truly amazing ☺️

At 27 years old, you would never think you would have to consider what to do after losing most of your hair on the top part of your head. For me, losing my hair was something I woke up thinking about, I thought about it every second of the day, and then went to bed thinking about it. Thankfully I was lucky enough to be put in touch with Dr. Ziering and his AMAZING team! I don’t say amazing lightly. Through the entire process, Dr. Ziering and his team kept me calm and exited the surgery. Since this is something that I had thought about doing for many years, I had so many thoughts and concerns going into it.For anyone that is questioning if this is the right decision or if you should have the surgery, stop thinking and go for it. It is one if the best things I have ever done for myself and I’m thankful I did it. With Dr. Ziering, Jenn and the rest of his amazing team, your in the best hands. Im a 43 year old transgender woman, Dr Ziering and his wonderful staff have changed my life. I had a receding hairline at 42, very typical for a genetic mail my age. I luckily came across Ziering Medical and he sculpted me a genuine female hairline. The the office was comfortable and clean and very inviting, their bedside manner put me at ease, and the operating equipment/room was very professional.The whole process wasnt stressful at all.I felt little to no pain throughout the entire procedure even during the initial localized anesthetic and within 4 or 5 months I was enjoying the results like I never had FUT.Dr Zierings office continues to work with me to this day, calling me to make sure everything is right and keeping me up to date on original formulas for topical treatments, that, if I had access to in my 30s I probably wouldnt have lost any hair in the first place.I highly recommend Ziering medical, they gave me more than just a hairline, they helped give me a more beautiful life.

I found him to be concerned, professional and good at what he does. Although it is still early, I have the utmost confidence that I will be impressed with the results come the following months.

I have nothing but praise for Dr Ziering and his team. I had my first FUE procedure with him 14 months ago. I was very nervous about the process and the quality of their work. I am happy to report that I was so happy with the entire process and results that I just had my second FUT procedure to augment the results of the first procedure. The results have done wonders to my level of confidence. I don’t know why I waited so long to have this done.

Doctor was no available to answer questions despite twice confirmed appointment. Technicians who drill holes in back of your head using a robot (harvesting/donor site) and intake-consultants seem to run the show at this factory. Felt like the exact opposite of what individualized care. Ironically and unexpectedly, costs were higher (by a lot) even though they use robots and technicians, never once saw Ziering or any real doctor onsite.

My father got the hair transplant almost a year ago and he isnt completely satisfied with it. He feels as if there isnt enough growth; not dense enough. He will be giving it a couple more months and see if the results change.

I came here and loved the results and was surprised how fantastic they did. I lived for years with bald spot that was getting worse. Happy at the new look

I spent two years getting consults from different doctors before deciding on Dr. Ziering. The first doc said unless I take propecia dont bother which really upset me. The second was Bosley and they were pretty good, the third was the cheapest but you dont want to go with the lowest bidder on something like this. The fifth and six were all good but were out of my budget. When I found Dr. Ziering I instantly liked that he specialized in only this and not other surgeries. He was around for a long time and had experience and had good reviews online. He exceeded all of my expectations and I could not have been happier. His staff is awesome and they make you feel comfortable right away. They are clearly professionals and experts in their field. He even threw in a few hundred grafts for free! Although the new hair has not grown in yet I am the happiest I have ever been and look forward to the next few months. Thanks to everyone at Dr. Zierings awesome office! My only suggestion to newbies is to go for more grafts the post op is no joke and unless you want people to know you need to wear a hat and work from home for the first week. I wish I had gotten another 1000 this time around, but rookie mistake. One more note I had a ton of questions and Dr. Ziering personally responded to all of my post op emails. Great guy and knows his stuff!

Was a scam they give discounts for ratings came out worse then when I went in fue came out terrible!!!

Felt like a factory, not a doctors office Procedures are done by technicians under doctor supervision (not) by the doctor himself. Quoted cost was $100 per follicle, about 20x the US average. Obviously a cookie cutter operation. Avoid.
