Not quite sure where to begin with this review as every single aspect of my visits and treatment were done professionally and made me feel incredibly comfortable. I took the SMP training this week with Gerow Hair Ink and it exceeded my expectations. It was a 5 day course that covered everything you need to know to perform a successful scalp-micro pigmentation. Juan who leads the class was thorough, professional and organized. Questions are always answered as they come up and we left with all the necessary information and equipment needed for our new business. The best part was being able to put theory to practice when working on our model, which came out excellent. Jonathan the owner and innovator of the rapid attack micro was hands on and helped us perfect this intricate technique as well as designing hairlines. Erik and Chris let us shadow them during the week and we were able to take notes of their different artistic styles. Marco at the front is amazing and will take care of any questions you might have. Marko was very informative during the phone calls scheduling my appointments, he was able to explain the process, the pre and post care for the procedure. When I arrived for my first appointment I was astounded with the atmosphere and how comfortable and professional it was. From the receptionist to the technician I was greeted and treated with pure professionalism. The environment was very clean and safe, hand santizers available in the waiting area, pexi glass allowing safety between you and the receptionist and face masks available should you require one. Safety was very important for me especially during such times. Jonathan was my hair ink technician. I was able to view his work portfolio through his instagram page, as you can with the other technicians. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The consultation prior to the procedure was an ease, he listened to how I wanted my procedure to look and also gave his opinion. The fact that I had buzzed down my hair the day prior really made the process faster, being he did not have to do so. My first session went by so fast I didnt even believe I was in the chair for 3 hours and I was completely pleased with his work and how it looked. Jonathan always had on his face mask and always made sure to show me how the procedure was going by taking pictures and showing me the process. After my first session was completed the receptionist Alejandro provided me with the post care instructions, provided me with a & d ointment as well as hair shower caps. 2 weeks later I went in for my 2nd session no complaints. Jonathan had a consultation prior to the procedure to find out how dark I was going for and what kind of look I was going for. In the 2nd session he was able to darken, blend and add more density making the procedure look so flawless. It completely looked like my natural hair. SMP is a great alternative and Jonathan & Erik really exceeded my best expectations at it. They are true -down to earth- professionals; I was lucky having sessions with both of them. I wanted to add density to my thinning areas and I could not be happier with the results. Everybody in the office is kind, pleasant and makes you feel comfortable. I highly recommend them, worth every penny, I only wish I came earlier.

Erik is the best !!! My husband absolutely loves his new look ! He had some scarring that was becoming more visible and was tired of using topical solutions that had to be applied everyday. Let’s talk! First of all, the staff: love them! The treatment: first class! The results: I’m a stud muffin! Lol. All jokes aside, I wanted to wait until my 1 year anniversary to leave an honest review, otherwise, you are just leaving an emotional review; which may not always be the best.I am a young man, 34 now...had a receding hairline. This is not something I was comfortable with, so I did some research. It happens to be a coincidence that the barbershop owner where I cut my hair most of my life moved into this business. Performing More research... I look for flaws, I search google everywhere; all positive. I finally say to myself, “let’s do it!” All of these hesitations lead to the best thing I’ve ever done.I was at my cousins birthday party, and she had a friend there with a pony tail. He comes up to me and starts the convo off with “I don’t wanna offend you or anything...” I freeze and smile in confusion. He then says “why would you cut off all your hair with a perfect hairline (annoyed voice)”. I had to tell him and he was in pure disbelief until he touched it.I just want to say to everyone, thank you! Happy New Years! And you guys did a hell of a job!

Life changing solution (for the vanity inclined) . I was the typical mid-40s been losing hair on both the front and back for years chasing every voodoo witch doctor solution you can find on Amazon etc. Finally bit the bullet while I still had some natural hair and visited Jonathan for a consultation. He is a MASTER at this procedure...do not waste time looking at others with more doctor/clinic looking websites; this is an art and Jonathan is an artist. INCREDIBLE the transformation once you get to the 3rd procedure (Jonathan did the 1st two and Juan the 3rd - Juan rocks as well!). I can say best move I ever did and WOW how much easier is my daily regimen now w/o doing small comb overs and trying to make my hair look denser then it really was. Give it up and get moving on this procedure is my 2 cents. Its worth every penny.

After a year of research of studying this procedure, I learned that Jonathan was the best in the business. You wont find anyone that will show you results with a magnifying glass!! Even after watching numerous videos couldnt prepare me for such a life changing experience. The focus to detail was second to none. After my first session I couldnt stop staring in the mirror. But the second session was more like a time warp. Jonathan took twenty years off my look as he honed in on the minor details of perfecting every inch of my head. I am more than pleased with the transformation, there is no need to look any further for this procedure. My confidence has been restored, and I and its hard to put price on that!!

First off yes it looks real, people can not tell unless you tell them and for the most part it doesn’t hurt, those where all the things I wanted to know right off the bat also it’s affordable and I should have done it sooner have not worn a hat since I had the procedure done .After first session head looked great after second session I couldn’t believe it but my head looked even better came in a third time for a small touch up (no charge) and looked even better which is crazy cause it was awesome after the first session.Thanks to Johnathan for being a true professional and his attention to every detail to make it look real it’s obvious he is a protectionist.

Just finished my first session with Jonathan and it was way better then I expected!!!! Only the first session and I am shocked how good it looks. Some people might be worried about the money and honestly its not cheap, but for me this beats any alternatives in the long run it was worth every penny. Just mad at myself that I didnt do this faster. Again thank you everyone at Gerow. Great service great people.
