I had an amazing experience here. Dr. Frank is very attentive and made the process as smooth as possibly. The results are nothing short of amazing.

My procedure with Dr John Frank is one of the best decisions Ive ever made. He was recommended to me by an acquaintance and I went for a consultation to discuss the procedure. (Theres no snake oil and smoke and mirrors here.) He is a caring physician who takes rightfully takes great pride in his work. He will answer all your questions and address any concerns or apprehension. I spent an enjoyable day as he and his staff took excellent care of me. I am now in month 11 post-procedure and love, love, love it. I am in the public eye with my position and I look at least ten years younger. I am really pleased with my beautiful head of hair. Dr Frank is an artist amongst physicians. I could not recommend him more highly.

Had a major transformation thanks to this man. Dr. Frank was very patient and helpful, and took a lot of time explaining everything both before & during. I got a lot and it takes a while for all the grafts to start growing but a year later I am beyond THRILLED! (my wife is too :) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I’d highly recommend Dr Frank. I had the fue procedure done 2 weeks ago. I spoke to a couple other doctors about the same procedure but they were not as personable Dr Frank.If you’re considering getting work done I’d at least give him a call.

I had a FUE Transplant a week ago - far too early to comment on the results (will do a follow up review in six months); until then, I wanted to commend Dr Frank and his staff for the excellent service and support they provided before, during and after the transplant. They thoroughly answered all my questions, addressed my concerns, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I definitely recommend using Dr Frank and his team!

John Frank and his team did a wonderful job on my Procedure I am a long time Client Very satisfied with Johns work he listens to your concerns He explains everything to and you Your just not a number like other places i would consider him if you are makeing a choice in doing a hair procedure.

Go at your own risk. Had a transplant with this doctor over 3 years ago, hair still hasnt grown in fully. Mine looks patchy but luckily other parts of my hair are growing so Im able to mask his work. He doesnt count the amount of follicles needed. Nor does he tell you that prior to surgery. Also went back to him to seek follow up but to no avail. I was told Id need another surgery and theres no way Im doing it with him again.For anyone considering this procedure:-Please let the specialist confirm an estimated amount of follicles needed from the back of your scalp you need to fill in the area needed.-Also ask if they have done work on various ethnicities. I am a black woman and our hairline has a different pattern from other races. Let them show you MULTIPLE pictures.-Also, if something seems/looks suspicious, dont go through with it. I had a bad feeling with the set up arrangements and how people were whispering when I walked into the office. Shouldve heeded caution but oh well, you live and you learn.OH ONE MORE THING!-He had to leave during my surgery to catch a flight back to Ohio and one of the techs had to finish the procedure on me.. Do with that info what you will..Hope this helps someone!

Dr. Frank and team were very professional throughout the process. I never once felt any pressure to do something I wasnt comfortable with, or any type of upselling practices. Procedure day was smooth and as advertised, the team kept me informed of everything real-time and what to expect. Post-op, Janet and team made themselves available for any questions or concerns. Id highly recommend Dr. Frank and team.

Dr Frank and his staff are the best. They are very professional and make you feel extremely comfortable from the very first step. The procedure was actually a fun time!!

Its been a little over a year and results are no good. I expected better based upon the experience the doctor supposedly has Process was rushed

Had the surgery here in early 2019. So its been 17 months. I believe I have got about 40 percent of hair that was expected/or promised. Not happy. They responded first time and never responded second time.
