Id say 5/5 pre-covid. 3/5 now.Normally, a great place to move to if youre new to the city. With flexible leases, and great common spaces, you can still make friends and bring some over to hang out.They used to even hold weekly events there, but most of the spaces are now just closed entirely which I consider to be unacceptable. It certainly affects the quality of life of the residents to not be able to use them.Anyways, the grand st location itself is nice. Has a great rooftop, and overall very clean. Never saw a mouse or roach in my time there, which is special for NYC.

Good luck trying to get your deposit back. Its been over a month since Ive moved out of Quarters and no one seems to want to respond to my emails or phone calls when asking for the status of my deposit return.

Something very fishy about this place. Only showed pictures, wouldnt give me a tour or even send me a video. When i followed up a few days later, the unit had been taken and they didnt even attempt to show me other options. Kind of outrageous for the price. Whether or not this is a scam, this is at best a bad potential customer experience. Fyre festival vibes.

This is the first place Ive lived in the city, and Ive got to say it has been an excellent stay! The rooms are clean, the maintenance is always punctual and finishes each job well, and the staff is amazing thanks to Liz and Gil who are always easy to reach out to and quick to respond.While quarters is a great living space, it also is an excellent place to meet people when just moving into the city! Every Thursday night, members from both the LES and East Village locations get together to mingle, hang out, and eat delicious FREE food!Overall, I would highly recommend looking into calling quarters your home if you are planning on moving to NYC!

Great platform and environment for everyone, especially for those new to the city. The flexibility and convenience along with instant social network makes Quarters a great place to live. Highly recommend.

Quarters, is a fantastic place to make your first footing in a big city. I moved here from Dublin and the team have been extremely kind, helpful and supportive to date. I would recommend to anyone looking at accomodation to check here first.

In December 2019, I applied and was accepted to Quarters coliving. Quarters is a no pet apartment. After I signed the lease, I let them know that I have an ESA cat, sending in all paperwork from my psychiatrist.They then terminated my lease within a week of move in, stating that because of roommates I would have had to let them know before signing the lease so that the roommates could decide.After that, they have yet to refund my first months rent, deposit and application fees, totally over $3600. The application fee was also $299, in direct violation of NYCs $20 application fee law.I have contacted them numerous times since only for them to say theyre working on it

Awful services. No property management staff. Leasing people never answered the phone call after you move in. Room was not repainted and cleaned when I moved in. AC was not working well in both summer and winter. People smoke all the time in the apartment and in public area.

My personal experience here was a wonderful one. The staff was thoughtful and efficient. Its great to live in a place that provides a sense of community in such a large city!

Contemporary, great facilities, perfect way to get to know creative & fun people in NYC that also work full-time. Love the community events they organize and staff is always super helpful!

Quarters is such an amazing community! From location to the community, hands down amazing! Kashanna, Gil and, Damien are expecational when it comes to communication and service. LES Quarters welcomes you with open arms and you feel right at home! Highly recommend!!

I was just browsing recently, stumbling upon this, i wanted to check prices, but after being redirected to their site from Facebook, only way to check prices and receive info is if you request call, didnt wanted to talk to them so i never requested or left any of my info. Today i just got a call from them, telling me i requested pricing and info and that i left my information! this is really bad bad thing. I want my privacy, and if you want to run a successful company better learn how to respect your possible clients!!!!!

Avoid this place at all costs. Poor customer experience, they do not care about their tenants and let anyone in without background checks. I was forced to live with a criminal who stole from me and they did nothing to help me so I moved out immediately!
