Ive been a resident of Quarters EV for over 3 months now and have had the best time here. The apartments are fully furnished and comfortable. The in-unit washer/dryer is a Manhattan luxury. But best of all, the co-living aspect of Quarters has made me many new friends in a city where I knew no one.The management is responsive and empathetic.Would definitely recommend to those who are new to New York, particularly those seeking accommodation without a year-long commitment.

Great people. Great vibes. However, if the shared space in the apartments (especially eith the 4 bedrooms) were arranged properly so we have a much more comfortable and bigger space, it could be better. Overall, it’s still great!

Ive lived here for two months now. The community is very nice, and the staff is great. The common space is nice and homely. I like the waterfall type shower/bath, heated bathroom floors, ample kitchen space, in-unit laundry, and AC and heating in each bedroom. In my two months the experience has even improved, with the addition of smartphone controllable locks and a fancy front door camera buzz in system thing.

Quarters is a very good starting home for those new to NYC. You will meet a lot of international students and young professionals looking for short-term housing. Their leasing process is very easy, as compared to the more traditional way of renting in NYC (guarantor). Management is very responsive. When something is broken, it gets fixed within the day. The housing itself has top-notch appliances and in-unit laundry! 😍 There are community events with food provided so it’s hard to get bored. Highly recommend.

In December 2019, I applied and was accepted to Quarters coliving. Quarters is a no pet apartment. After I signed the lease, I let them know that I have an ESA cat, sending in all paperwork from my psychiatrist.They then terminated my lease within a week of move in, stating that because of roommates I would have had to let them know before signing the lease so that the roommates could decide.After that, they have yet to refund my first months rent, deposit and application fees, totally over $3600. The application fee was also $299, in direct violation of NYCs $20 application fee law.I have contacted them numerous times since only for them to say theyre working on it

If youre looking for a solid product (room/building) at a great, all-inclusive rate then Quarters is here for you! They do a great job hosting social events consistently that encourages camaraderie within the building! Value is what they provide above all other co-living in NYC!

Great community with intimate shared spaces and weekly happy hours that people actually show up to. Highly recommend!

Great assistance at all time! Even when there was no apartment, they stay really friendly and they keep me posted at all time.

The thing that I love most about this place is meeting the culture that is here. Super friendly, welcoming and free spirited people. No one is a stranger here.

You can get a nice and well furnitured room with 3 months commitment, common space for events, a big community of interesting people.
