Lauren is simply the most thoughtful, thorough property manager I’ve ever dealt with and I was in the commercial real estate business for 11 yearsThe cleanliness of her property and her attention to detail to every creature comfort made our stay incredibly pleasantSome of our guests flew in from the west coast and we’re EXTREMELY delayed and may have been a little over served on their flight and she had the patience to stay up super late so she could make sure we all got in safely and comfortably and greeted us in person at 11 pm! I’ve simply never been accommodated so nicely!If I’m renting a house in the hamptons or any where in the tristate area I simply wouldn’t rent from anyone else other than Lauren!

Excellent! We met Lauren through her charity work and my family and I rented her fabulous Westhampton home for an extended stay. Not only was Lauren’s property beautifully and tastefully decorated, it was meticulously maintained and absolutely sterilized for the age of COVID. Lauren was available 24/7 to help with anything we needed and worked tirelessly to make our family vacation special. We brought our boat to her dock, played volleyball in the massive yard, and enjoyed the sunset and beautiful view from the patio. Absolutely no detail was left unattended. Service was meticulously delivered at every turn with grace and elegance. I run a global business and my family and I travel a lot, but had not been inspired to write a review before this stay, but we enjoyed our vacation and working with Lauren so much that I had to. Our accommodations in New York exceeded our expectations! The living space was clean, modern, comfortable, and spacious! Our host was very accommodating and an absolute pleasure to deal with. The location is fantastic, close to great restaurants, Central Park, and time square. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting New York.

Lauren Berger property was exceptional! Easy check in & check out with great service. The unit is clean and decorated beautifully, the view of the city is breathtaking. Lauren and her team made our trip to NYC very memorable. The place we stayed was in the middle of everything downtown and fit all 8 of us with ease. It was beautiful and offered amenities that a hotel would not have, like a full kitchen and a balcony. She also checked in on us during the trip to make sure we were having a good time. We would highly recommend.

I could talk about the quality of the apartment, which was amazing, or the amenities of the building (including a fabulous spa, the exercise facility, and an incredible Italian restaurant), or the outside space looking directly up at the Empire State Building, or the location in Midtown, and you would understand just how desirable a place this is to stay. But its the views that will make your stay memorable and keep you coming back. I was blown away, my guests were stunned, and none of us wanted to go to bed because at night your nearly 360 degree view of the Big Apple is intoxicating. And as a host, Lauren is like staying with family (of course, the side of the family you actually like!). Staying at her properties is a once in a lifetime experience youll want to do over and over again.

Spent a week in one of her apartments on West 54th Street. Lovely place, very clean and nice decorations. King size bed with high end linens made for restful and comfortable sleeping. We lived for a number of years on the Eastside, so it was fun checking out all the nearby restaurants that were very casual and lively - all different cuisines and great food. Would definitely stay there again when we return for a visit

I visited New York back in September 2016 and it was the best experience Ive ever had. I remember I was very nervous taking a trip with my daughter and 9 other people for my daughters 15th birthday. I wanted it to be a trip she would NEVER forget and indeed it was..... 6 months later, and we are still talking about our trip. Lauren Berger and her staff were very accommodating and extremely helpful. Any question or concerns I had they were quick in answering and assuring me all would be fine. The place was breathtaking and clean. I plan on visiting again soon and will without a doubt call Lauren Berger again to schedule my stay.
